Amazing tour with Alice and Li YangBing!

We had an amazing time on this tour! Everything ran smoothly and our tour guide was very knowledgeable on Chinese history. She answered all of our questions and took a lot of pictures for us. Our tour guide’s name is Alice, and we would definitely recommend her to everyone. We had a dim sum lunch and Alice knew exactly what to order for us! We chose the option with a private car, and it’s definitely worth it. Our driver Li YangBing was very personable and chatted with us in Chinese during our drive. He was very professional and told us he often drives foreigners around Beijing.

Visit the Confucian School and Buddha Temple

The tour is very good. It is possible to perceive the contrasts in world views translated into the memories that these places carry. I enjoyed learning about the details offered by our excellent quia Lucy. She knows the history of palaces and interacted very well with us

Not to be missed if you visit Beijing

I highly highly recommend this tour. Lucy was amazing and so knowledgeable on the Temples we visited. The history and the stories were absolutely fascinating and definitely worth doing the tour and walking through the streets and talking about the history of the area was amazing. We finished our tour with a Dim Sum dinner that Lucy ordered and everything was out of this world. I highly recommend this tour.

Average, at best

We were not informed that the hotel pick up was one way only and in fact, we were made to travel to the temple via train as the tour guide told us that’s the way to avoid the jam. The guide could have given us more information on the places of interest.

Operator response

Dear Friend, thank you for your valuable view, we will try our best to improve our services in the future. The itinerary says clearly" tour including hotel pick up, but no drop off "since the tour is about 4 hours, and tour including lunch or dinner, depending on your time, it may take 5-7 hours if you have a leisure meal. Our guide already assistance you with the transportation back to your hotel after the tour. This is what we usually do for this tour, we are sorry if you didn't pay attention about these details when make booking. After meet in your hotels lobby, tour guide find out the traffic was very bad from your hotel to Lama temple, that's why guide suggest to take subway instead, this is the most efficient way during the Beijing Traffic time, if you still prefer to heading to Lama temple by private car, you can tell your guide directly, he or she will help you with that Thank you for your review, we already informed more details about this tour to our guide, they will offer options during the tour to our clients in the future Thank you
