Set sail for the sunset on this 2-hour evening cruise on a catamaran. Admire the beautiful colors along the horizon as you relax on deck with refreshments and delicious canapés. Be welcomed aboard with a chilled mojito as the crew prepares the sails. Then, head for the sea and admire the stunning views of Puerto del Carmen’s coastline while trying to spotts dolphins around (being wild animals, their sighting cannot be guaranteed) As you sail, enjoy a selection of delicious canapés as well as a complimentary drink of your choice. Feel the sea breeze roll by as you take in the panoramic views of the sun setting on the horizon.

On the positive side - there was plenty of room for everyone, the drinks were good and the views of Lanzarote were beautiful. However whilst I totally understand that there was no guarantee that we would see dolphins or any wildlife, we all felt disappointed with this experience. The staff/crew were functional at best , and there was no interaction other than a short talk at the beginning to explain what was happening, a few glasses being collected and then nothing. It did not feel warm and welcoming to me, A few smiles from the crew and perhaps going round to talk to people would have been appreciated. At the end there was a thank you but no acknowledgement that we didn't see dolphins or anything else (which given the title of the cruise would have felt appropriate) - just a very functional thank you and goodbye. Please note it gets cold! There were several people there with no additional layers and were suffering for it.

Honestly do not bother. We did this and we were told food would be provided, at that time you would assume some sort of dinner but we ended up with some little square ham sandwiches and potatoes. We went out into the water, a man went to the front of the boat, looked around for a couple of seconds and we turned around and come back. We were on the coach there longer than on the boat. We didn't see anything but that might have been because they didn't stop, just blared music (which didn't help) and served some sloppy drinks. Honestly not worth it at all

We understand that if the tour was presented differently at the point of sale, this may have created expectations that did not align with the actual product. If that is the case, we would encourage you to contact the company or agent through whom you made the booking, as they are responsible for ensuring the excursion is accurately represented to their customers. We regret that the experience was not what you anticipated, but we can confirm that the excursion operated as advertised.
This should have been rescheduled or a refund offered. The weather was bad so there was no sunset. No dolphins and it was cold.

While we always do our best to locate them, their presence is beyond anyone's control. Regarding the weather, the excursion operated under safe conditions and visibility was sufficient throughout the trip. Had the weather been unsuitable for the activity, the tour would not have departed. While the sky was not completely clear, the sunset was visible, although naturally it may not have appeared as dramatic as on days with ideal atmospheric conditions. We would also like to clarify that the weather was not cold on the day of the excursion, although there was some wind, which is common at sea, particularly during evening sailings. We encourage guests to check the forecast before attending and to bring suitable clothing, as comfort levels can vary from person to person and sea conditions are naturally cooler and breezier than on land. We understand that many guests hope for a picture-perfect sunset, but nature is unpredictable and no operator can guarantee completely cloudless skies or specific sunset colours on any given day. For this reason, weather conditions that remain safe and suitable for sailing do not constitute grounds for cancellation, rescheduling, or refund. We appreciate your feedback and regret that the natural conditions on the day did not provide the experience you had hoped for.
Loved this trip. So chilled and we saw dolphins and a lovely sunset. The crew were amazing. They were looking for dolphins as soon as we got out to sea. Great trip for all, young and old..hubby got cold so make sure you take a fleece or jacket outside of summer...

The staff were so friendly and attentive welcoming us on board with drinks and canapés, plenty of space inside and outside the guides were great at getting us to our start and finishing points as well as ensuring that everyone got on the correct coaches at the end. The respect to the animals within the ocean was second to non ensuring that noise was kept to a minimum and the boat engine was turned off/slowed right down. We were incredibly lucky to see many dolphins and a whale during our time. Unfortately, I did miss the whale due to a toilet queue! Note to self hold it in! Thank you Lineas Romero for a fantastic experience, one we'll never forget!

Had a wonderful evening on the boat with beautiful views of the island, open ocean and sunset with no guarantee of seeing dolphins we were still happy having a lovely evening out on the boat. To our suprise after around 30 minutes we saw some dolphins in the distance, the captain reduced the engine right down to protect the dolphins and approached slowly near to where they were, the dolphins chose to come up to the boat and play in the wake jumping in and out of the water happily. It was clear they respected the animals by not chasing them and allowing them to come to us. We were then so lucky to catch a glimpse of a sperm whale on the way back to shore just before he dove down showing us his beautiful tale. All the staff including the capitan and guide were respectful and helpful ensuring everyone had a good time. Way better to see these beautiful animals in the ocean where they belong and not being exploited in aquariums!

Food was super mediocre and drinks only included beer and some weird mojitos. Meeting point is not correct on the activity!

We do send guests a Google Maps link along with a photo map clearly marking the meeting points in advance, but we’re sorry if this was still confusing or difficult to follow on the day.
