I had bought the entrance tickets, but I could not go because being on a cruise the boat cancelled the stopover... I contacted the property for a possible exceptional refund... The manager told me that it was possible; and that I had to call her on the phone: and then she asked me my CB number, expiry date and secret code... I hung up
Good day, You were in contact with senior management. The communication channel was secure. The only method to refund is the same method used to action your deposit. You are most welcome to contact me +27723976120 for further assistance.
A transfer to the very cozy Game Park can be booked via the Game Park itself (Carley Botha). The private park is of course smaller than national parks. At the same time, the very good team gives a good first impression of the fauna and flora of South Africa at the game drive in the open pickup. Rhinos (with horn), giraffes, various antelope and gazelle species, African buffalo and many more species in beautiful scenery guarantee a beautiful half-day trip. If you are very lucky, you can end the tour with a beer tasting at Richmond Hill Brewing Company. Many thanks to Carley and her team for the wonderful day.
Up close to animals and very knowledgeable guide. A full two hour tour. Saw giraffs, rhinos, lions, buffalo, etc.
Nice cheap way to see most of the animals up close and if you are staying at the park you can go around by car as you please. The game ranger was knowledgeable about the animals and made time to stop and speak about them well worth it.
The weather was bad First tour in the morning was discontinued due to rains We were offered to join the afternoon tour and we were told we will use a car with a cover roof Disappointed as we were put in the same car with no cover roof It rained again during the tour forcing our tour to be one hour tour due to ongoing rains
Enjoyed the break away. Hope to go back soon again Beautiful scenery. Very friendly staff and animals. Thank you very much
Hi. The tour was not bad . Although I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone because their roads are gravel which makes it difficult to access bolt . The bolt keeps on cancelling n worse part the white lady at the reception refused to give us lift. The gravel road from entrance to reception is too long, n makes driving difficult. They better fix it.
The tour at Kragga Kamma Game Park was beautiful - we could see many animals up close. Highly recommended.
Really good trip, guide was very informative and answered all our questions. Great to see the animals and get close to them.
We really enjoyed the guided game drive in the small Kraga Kamma Park. The ungulates live incredibly relaxed lives, as they do not have to be afraid of predators in this park. It is not comparable to a large park like Addo or Kruger but rather resembles a huge zoo, but the animals seem to be doing very well. The lions and cheetahs each live in their own separate areas, but have larger enclosures than in a European zoo, so I can't fault anything. The tour guide had a lot of exciting information about the different animals! Value for money top.
