Avoid this company!

Don’t book with this company! I’ve written a review before and they removed it. Probably the worst tour I’ve been on. Organization is horrible and tour operator wasn’t helpful at all after I lost some of my stuff. Avoid at all costs!

Terrible tour with poor organisation and negligence for luggage

Possibly the worst tour I've ever been on. Lost multiple items on this tour and the tour operator denies everything even though they were responsible for protecting my luggage during the hikes on this tour. Apart from this, the tour itself is not worth your money and the organisation is very bad. The first day there is very little to no possibility to get food until 12pm (the tour starts at 12am). Our tour guide took us to Bromo and told us to wait two hours and then disappeared. He did the same for the hike later in the day, didn't tell us anything and just sent us on our way. The spot we got taken to for lunch at the worst food I've had in Indonesia so far. At the accommodation they put me together in a double bed with someone I didn't know. Only after explaining the situation for about 15 minutes I finally got my own bed. The last day I was taken away from my group in a different car that took about an hour longer to get to Ijen. On the way back this was the case as well, resulting in me having to eat breakfast, shower and pack my luggage in 15 minutes, while the others had an hour to do this. Again the food was not great and neither did they ask for dietary restrictions, so I had chicken in my food which I don't eat. They 'include' a ticket to Bali (which was only 10.000 IDR), but this is the ferry that takes you to the wrong side of Bali resulting in another 4 hour bus ride that's not included. All in all a terrible experience, costing me not only the original price, but also over €75 in damages due to lost items.

Amazing volcanos!...

Amazing volcanos! As I was alone, it was important for me to find share tour, and this variant was the best

Adventurous trip

It was a super adventurous trip! Starting with the sunrise to Mount bromo and the next day with the hike to Ijen. Mount bromo was our highlight. It was all very well planned and unforgettable. Pack warm things, as it will be very cold until sunrise. The drive from there to the Ijen is very long (6-7h) and exhausting. At night you are picked up and driven to the Ijen. The hike is quite strenuous and long, especially to the Blue Fire. You get a gas mask and glasses that you really need. Without it, it would not be possible to go there. Afterwards we have breakfast at the Homestay and then we go to ferry to Bali. All in all, a special excursion, with little sleep and exhaustion but it was worth it. Thanks to the guides, they do a great job!!!

Beautiful adventure

The experience was great. Both Bromo and Ijen. Communication was really good. I was picked up by a jeep and loved the night ride in it, then seeing hundreds of similar jeeps going to the same place. Great way to meet other travelers too! Trip to Ijen through Wast Java was bumpy, but great to share it with others and watch the changing landscapes. Ijen was absolutely amazing, emotional and moving. Our tour guide Sugi, who is one of the sulphur miners took great care of our group and I loved chatting to him too. I truly recommend.

Great Trip

This trip was fantastic! Collected in the morning. They do pick you up earlier so you get a good place for parking due to the traffic on Mount bromo. You get a free snack and drink while you wait. Lots of time to watch the sunrise and then you head down to the crater to walk around. You then get to the meeting point where you share a minibus to the next destination. You get some water and breakfast snacks here. The minibus didn’t have the best aircon and you do drive for 6 hours. This is the only difficult part of the whole tour. You will stop off for breaks and toilet stops. You will arrive in the evening around 5pm at the hostel/hotel. We were a couple and we got a private room. The place was really nice and we enjoyed the stay! The next morning one last early morning to see Ijen, you will get time at a cafe place before the hike. Once you get back to the accomodation you will get breakfast and time to shower before being dropped off at the ferry with tickets to Bali included! Maybe when you visit Indonesian, I suggest this trip for you

Very good experience

I did the tour the 31st of january. Everything was really good and well organized and especially our driver Loki (not sure if I spell it correctly). He was the best tourguide ever, even with the language barriere. You could really tell he did everything to make our trip as good as possible and he was very present and helpful.
