The Longji Rice terraces are certainly a spectacle to behold. Countless terraces roll down from the top of the mountains filled with waves of rice. Either fresh buds giving a luminescent crisp green. Or near the end of the season beautiful golden hues. Even when the rice is gone the steps can still look glorious. And just after they have been filled for planting the terraces turn into mirrors reflecting the sky’s above.

We collect from all Hotels within 60km radius, in and around the Yangshuo area including the Yu-Long restricted area. Area's outside of this zone may incur an additional transportation fee.

We met Kevin through the Baike boutique hotel, a little gem in the middle of the rice fields of Ping an, run by Jason and his wife, where we stayed one night. Kevin picked us up in his comfortable car in Guilin and made us discover the whole area of Longji and Sangjan, Dong villages, ...enriching each visit with details about local life, culture and customs, helping us discover the authentic flavors of traditional cuisine. With his professionalism, sympathy and extreme availability made our trip truly unforgettable. We also extended our tour with him to Yangshuo, a true Guanxi paradise. His excellent English allowed us to communicate easily on all occasions. It is certainly a great guide for those who want to organize a trip to that region.
