Harry was excellent and...

Harry was excellent and knowledgeable .We had a wonderful time learning about chocolate and the art of making praline chocolates. It is exactly what we expected- sampled chocolate, melted chocolate, made ganache, and made pralines, chocolate discs, and made and drank hot chocolate too. We took home 24 pralines, 9 chocolate discs, and the leftover chocolate from our experience. It is well worth the price and experience. Do not wait and book the experience. A fun thing to do while in Brussels.

Brilliant experience!

Harry was an amazing host! He took time to explain the processes, giving us information on the history and keeping entertained. It was a pleasure to spend the few hours with him!

Yummy activity!

You get to take home 21 pralines that you made. You will truly be making them with some help from the instructor. Pretty cool experience!

For chocolate lovers.

Great introduction to Belgian chocolate. They go over the basics of how to make two types of chocolate and then you get to eat them.

Original expérience but can be improved

Quite fun and original experience, however the combination of a too big number of participants and time sensitive operations is not optimal. Furthermore, we do learn how to make pretty chocolate but the taste is average..

This is a hands on work shop that left us feeling accomplished. It was a the right mix of theory and hands on. Our instructor Harry was great at presenting and was very supportive. We left with a full box of chocolates each and plan on giving them as souvenirs (if they make it home)

Amazing and fun experience

We had so much fun at TJ praline workshop! I went with a coworker of mine and it was great team building activity. The guide who was helping us through the course was very attentive, despite being so busy. She was also very knowledgeable and kind. It was a little over 2.5 hours due to the size of the group, but for the price and the experience it was totally worth it!

Great Workshop!

This was such a fun experience. Although I cannot remember our instructors’ name he was very friendly, patient, and cracked several jokes. He also had a lot of knowledgeable information about chocolate, and that enhanced the experience. Dark chocolate was the main chocolate used so if you’re not a fan of that type just be aware. I love the fact that we made two different styles of chocolate treats at the end. The chocolate came out delicious. Location was simple to find. I would definitely recommend this activity to anyone who loves chocolate, loves working with their hands, and to whoever likes experiencing new things. 100% recommend.
