1-Day Mini Group & Private Tours to Glass Bridge & Mt. Tianmen

A wonderful guided trip around Zhangjiajie, including the national forest park, grand canyon, and Tianmen mountain. Jason was a fantastic guide - very friendly and informative, and kept us all to good time. An unforgettable experience!

We had some great days in Zhangjiajie. We visited the National Park and the Glass Bridge. It was awesome, even it was raining nonstop. Our guide Jason really knows how to do his job. He provided us a lot of information and gives us helpful tips besides the offical tour. We asked him about the theater next to the hotel and whether we can watch the show that was not included in our trip. He offered us to book the tickets for us and even brought us to our seats. Everything worked out perfectly. The driver was friendly and on time everytime. Definitiv worth the money.

So glad I booked this tour, saved time not fumbling around looking up where to go. The van that picked us up was very modern and comfortable, we were picked up from our hotel in Wulingyuan district and dropped off at our subsequent hotel in the Yongding district at the end of the tour. Communication with tour provider was great, they always replied quickly. Our tour guide on the day, Bob, was very informative and helpful, and provided advice on different ways to approach the attraction, as our son is only 7. He also helped us take pictures, both on our phones and his, which was way better than ours haha. Both the glass bridge and Tianmen mountain were an outstanding experience for our family, I would recommend going with this tour if want a hassle-free experience and make the most of your day.

Day 2 of the trip (Glass Bridge and Mt. Tianmen) was with Christina. She was very helpful and organized. Safety was a priority for her which was much appreciated. In spite of the crowd at the locations, she navigated the group very well. Her English is very good and we had a brilliant time with Christina on the Glass Bridge and Mt. Tianmen tour.

I booked a 2-day mini group trip to Avatar mountains and to the Glass Bridge / Mt. Tianmen. All the logistics were organised perfectly. The size of the group - up to 11 people - allowed to minimise waiting time and to maximise impressions of Zhangiagie. Our guides during the 2 days - Liz and Michelle - were very professional, they did their utmost to give us the best views despite the tricky weather conditions and took good care of the group. I recommend this tour strongly to all those willing to get as much as possible of their stay in this wonderful area of beautiful Chinese scenery!

Visiting Zhangjiajie is not very simple if you do not know the area well: there are several transfers, entrances to manage, and times to respect. However, with this tour, everything went very well: the organization was precise, and we managed to see all the main recommended attractions within the scheduled time. Our guide Liz was truly excellent: friendly, well-prepared, and very accommodating. She was flexible when needed, and we always felt followed and supported. Every one of our needs was handled with care. Very positive experience.

The sights to see during the tour require great organization: many transfers, entrance checks, time management, and a good knowledge of the area. All of this was managed very well: we were able to see everything within the scheduled time and the main attractions recommended in Zhangjiajie. The guide Liz was very friendly, knowledgeable, and flexible. We always felt supported, and every one of our needs was met.

Unfortunately it was super rainy & foggy throughout the tour, so we were unable to get clear views of the mountains. Our tour guide, Liz, was super helpful by providing us with raincoats and was able to lead us to the perfect spots where we can get a little bit of a clear glimpse of the mountains. She adjusted our schedule according to the weather, so that we can reach the scenery at a good time when the fog clears. She took our photos (for solo travellers) which turned out lovely. We also received a complementary bag at the end of the tour. Liz was amazing. Despite the weather, I enjoyed myself and would recommend it during better seasons.

However, our lovely tour guide, Liz, provided us with raincoats and was able to find the best spots for us to take photos where we can see a bit of the mountains. Liz also readjusted our schedule according to the weather updates so that we can see a clearer view. She took photos of us, which turned out awesome. And the pickup and drop off to the hotels was flawless. We also got to take home a nice little bag as a gift from the tour guide. Still had nice time despite the weather and lack of views. Recommend during better seasons.
