1 Day Budget Rhino Trekking at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary

Our Safari Tour is unique in a way that it will provide all kinds of travellers be it small groups, large groups or solo travelers an equal opportunity to explore the countryside, and trek the Rhinos on foot to later spend at least an hour with them at this reserve. Amongst the rhinos the travelers should expect to encounter other animal species eg; monkeys, warthogs, antelope and a numerous birdlife. Travelers should book our product because it allows flexibility as it can be done on any day of the week, fare friendly and to support efforts proceeding to the conservation of the white Rhinos.

Itinerary
On this Day, you will meet with our driver Guide who will then transfer you to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary. On arrival, you will be briefed about the sanctuary and the Rhinos. You will then be guided by a ranger to do your Rhino Trekking activity. Later depending on how long the tracking takes, you will return to to meet with your driver. You will have a lunch break and thereafter be transferred back to your hotel or residence in Kampala.

Pickup Locations & Times
We intend to pick up from any point with in Kampala eg. This could be a residence, hotel, guesthouse or an AirBNB etc. as long as it is within the city center. Any pick up further than the city center the client would have to pay an additional fee appropriate to the distance involved. How to identify the Driver/Guide: we will message the client this information: vehicle registration, driver name, driver contact number etc.

What a fantastic tour this was. Henry our driver was excellent & so polite and looked after us well. The car was spotless and made the journey very comfortable. Seeing the Rhino so closeup was an incredible experience. Luckily we arrived early in the morning so we were able to see the Rhino walking around and eating before they settled down to sleep and it was a magical moment to be next to them.
Really exceptional to be so close to Rhinos, walked with Rangers together wirh the animals; even babies; ok the Animation are used to tourist but still a great feeling; very good transportation by the agency; best car and friendly professional driver
