Spanning 200 acres, Lethe was home to a former banana plantation estate, today the estate is home to garden experiences and river excursions. Rafting at Lethe brings a unique twist – with an experience that will be immersed in culture through Reggae music & country roads. The melodies will bring you along your journey right aboard a hand-crafted 30-foot bamboo raft piloted by a certified expert raft captain. You will learn about the history of the land, the lifestyle culture of historic Jamaica still alive in the rural community and about the surrounding flora in the lush valley. Included in the package for your ‘limo on the river’ experience is a Lethe village classic – in the form of a limestone foot rub and a coconut with 2 bamboo straws.

we had a unforgettable time on the Great River From start to finish, the experience was both relaxing and immersive.Our raft captain was knowledgeable and friendly, sharing stories about the river and local culture as we floated downstream. The raft itself was handmade from real bamboo, which added to the authenticity and charm of the journey. This was was one of our best experience Very relaxing and fun at the same time I will definitely do this again. We enjoy this experience of having someone telling us about the nature of the river, The history of it that we did not know. ,We also enjoyed the fabulous foot massage. Best experience ever and loved our guide CJ. He was amazing and was very entertaining and loved the music and lime stone massage he gave. Definitely have to do again

This was the best part of our trip. Our tour guide and our massage lady were both amazing. We bought a hookah where we got there. Def worth it

It was a raft and a foot wash. We floated about a minute down stream and then a guy pulled us back. I was completely disappointed. The driver was great but not much of a talker. If it wasn't for him I would have given it a one star.
We apologize that is wasn't what you wanted this is our number one selling tours all our guest enjoy this activity we hope next time will be more exciting for you
Our transportation was a hour late. Customer service was trash, they did know where the driver was or did not know how or contact him. Bambo ride did not exceed our expectations, it was nothing like the description. It last for maybe a hr. We only traveled a mile down the river & stopped for a massage, we never was allowed to get off and get in the water. The overall experience was trash. We almost was almost in car accident 6 times.

Safety is our top priority, and our drivers are trained to drive responsibly. We take concerns like near-accidents very seriously and are reviewing the situation closely. The river itself was relaxing but my guests and I did not receive any of the amenities we saw in the YouTube videos. It was liked we were rushed. No coconut or sugar cane to try. All of us has limestone left on the backs of our legs as it was not completely washed off. The people were friendly, but the experience was not what I was hoping for and I had a group of 23 people that I hyped up to do the excursion.

Enjoying nature and the atmosphere on the river was amazing.. not to mention the rum punch and the jerk chicken. Fisher our guide took care of us and made sure we had a great time
