- Sundarbans Boat Safety: Our private boat excursions through the Sundarbans mangrove channels utilize well-maintained, authorized vessels equipped with certified captains, mandatory life jackets for all passengers, and standard safety kits.
- Luggage Flexibility: For your comfort during transit, we recommend bringing a small overnight bag or backpack (if booked with night stay) for the wilderness portion of the tour. Large or excess luggage can be securely stored with our vehicle team or coordinated with your primary Kolkata hotel.
- Dietary Requirements & Meals: Freshly prepared local meals are included as specified in the itinerary. We happily accommodate all major dietary preferences including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and specific food allergies. Please specify your requirements in the 'Special Requirements' box when booking.
- Remote Area Preparedness: The Sundarbans is a pristine, remote wilderness area. Mobile network coverage can be intermittent or unavailable in certain channels. We highly recommend bringing any necessary personal medications, mosquito repellent, sunscreen, a hat, and a lightweight jacket for early morning boat safaris.
- Physical Pacing & Accessibility: This tour involves boarding and disembarking boats, walking on uneven forest paths, and standard city exploration. It requires a basic level of physical mobility and is unfortunately not wheelchair or stroller accessible.
- Weather Adaptability: Our itineraries are designed to run safely rain or shine. In the event of extreme weather alerts or rough waters in the mangroves, safety is our absolute priority; your expert guide will smoothly adjust the order of activities or utilize alternative land-based heritage sites.

We went on a 10 days tour in Northern part of India including Kolkata. Brother Muzaffar was an excellent and amazing tour guide with us and he has given us his full support and guidance throughout the entire tour. Muzzafar is an amazing tour operator, entirely oriented to his customer needs. During my 3 days stay in Kolkata I felt valued and fully respected. Now, in terms of actual services the only that I can say is that I got a amazing glimpse of this huge city . Muzaffar explained everything, he has a very good academia background and is always there to assist in any question. Very precise in timings. We visited Kolkata in order to attend a wedding ceremony and this was our first time in India. We couldn't be luckier by having booked these 3 days private tour with Muzzafar. In only three days we were able to have a real first "taste" of Kolkata & India. The pictures, the smells, the vibe, the tastes helped us to deep dive into a very much different from Western world. Muzzaffar took us around the city of Kolkata. He was always on time and ready to go. Monsoonal rain meant he had to adapt and change itinerary every day and he had no problem recreating them on the fly.
