- Sie haben 15 kg Gepäck + 8 kg Handgepäckkontingent pro Person für jeden Inlandsflug. Wenn Sie mehr Gepäckkapazität benötigen, informieren Sie bitte den lokalen Reiseveranstalter. Es könnte eine zusätzliche Gebühr für Gepäckkontingente von mehr als 15 kg sein.
- Wenn Sie einen Flug, der selbst arrangiert wurde, mit dem Hin- und Rückflug dieses Reisepakets verbinden, besteht möglicherweise das Risiko, einen von ihnen zu verpassen. Bei diesem Risiko handelt es sich um Verspätungen/Stornierungen durch Fluggesellschaften. Wir empfehlen dies nicht zur Sicherheit Ihrer Buchung. Sollte es aufgrund dieser Art von Arrangements durch Sie zu Störungen kommen, ist der lokale Reiseveranstalter nicht verantwortlich.
- Wenn Ihr Rückholhotel anders ist als das Abholhotel, informieren Sie dieses bitte umgehend. Wenn Sie dieses Detail nach der Organisation Ihrer Flugtickets mitteilen, kann der lokale Reiseveranstalter aufgrund der Entfernungen zwischen den Flughäfen und einigen Hotels zusätzliche Kosten verlangen. Wenn Sie diese Art von Änderungen am Servicetag (letzter Tag Ihrer Reise) mitteilen, bestätigt der lokale Reiseveranstalter diese Last-Minute-Änderung nicht und bringt Sie zu Ihrem Abholhotel.
- Die Pauschalpreise gelten für die Unterbringung im Doppel- oder Dreibettzimmer. Wenn Sie Ihrer Buchung eine Unterkunft auf Einzelzimmern hinzufügen möchten, können zusätzliche Kosten anfallen. Für Buchungen von Alleinreisenden fallen keine zusätzlichen Kosten an. Sie werden bereits im Einzelzimmer unterbringen.
- UNTERKUNFTSERLEBNISSE : Die im Voraus geplanten Hotels sind "Yunak Evleri Hotel", "Zeydem Suites Cave Hotel", "1811 Cave Hotel" in Kappadokien und "Charisma De Luxe Hotel", "Carina Boutique Hotel", "Efe Boutique Hotel" für Ihre Unterkunft auf diesem Reisepaket. Bei der Buchung können Sie Ihre Hotelkategorie auswählen. Wenn diese Hotels (die Sie bevorzugen) an Ihren Reisedaten nicht für Standard-/Superiorzimmer verfügbar sind, kann der lokale Reiseveranstalter es durch ein gleichwertiges Hotel ersetzen.
- HALBPRIVATE TOUREN : Die geführten Tagestouren dieses auf maximal 10 Gäste pro Gruppe begrenzten Reisepakets bieten eine eingehende Erkundung der antiken Stätten Kappadokiens und atemberaubender Landschaften.
- GELD ZURÜCK GARANTIE ! : Heißluftballonfahren ist eine vollständig wetterabhängige Tätigkeit, und die Zivilluftfahrtbehörde entscheidet, ob der Flug durchgeführt wird. Wenn Ihr Flug aufgrund schlechter Wetterbedingungen annulliert wird, haben Sie Anspruch auf eine teilweise Rückerstattung. In einem solchen Fall wird Ihre Rückerstattung bis zum Tag danach bearbeitet. Ihre Rückerstattungsrate entspricht der Differenz zwischen den Optionen "Standardpaket" und "Optimales Paket" für die Stornierung der Heißluftballonfahrt.
- Heißluftballonfahrt findet in der „Standardkategorie“ statt. Diese Kategoriefahrt hat eine einstündige Flugdauer mit 20 bis 28 Personen Kapazität Korb. Die Flugdauer könnte 50-55 Minuten oder 65-70 Minuten betragen. Diese Situation hängt von den Wetterbedingungen vor der Landung ab, und die Piloten entscheiden sich dafür im Rahmen der Sicherheitsregeln der Zivilluftfahrtbehörde. Die Gesamtaktivitätsdauer beträgt ca. 3 Stunden.
- Wenn Sie Ihrer Buchung für dieses Reisepaket keine Heißluftballonfahrt hinzugefügt haben, können Sie keinen Service für die Heißluftballonfahrt erhalten, die im Paragpraph der Beschreibungen beworben/angeboten wurde.
- Wenn sich Ihre Abhol-/Abholhotels innerhalb von Flughäfen (IST- und SAW-Flughäfen) befinden, bietet der lokale Reiseveranstalter keinen Abhol-/Abholservice in Istanbul an.
- Wenn Sie keinen Service in Anspruch nehmen oder aufgeben, an Aktivitäten / Touren / Flughafentransfer teilzunehmen, bedeutet das, dass Sie in letzter Minute stornieren. Aus diesem Grund wird es keine Rückerstattung dafür geben.
- Wenn Sie Ihre geplanten Inlandsflüge nach der Organisation ändern möchten, kann der lokale Reiseveranstalter neue Ticketkosten anfordern. Die Flugtickets können nach der Organisation nicht zurückerstattet werden.
- Der Kinderpreis gilt nur im Zimmer mit 2 zahlenden Erwachsenen. Wenn Sie 1 Erwachsener + 1 Kind sein werden, kann der lokale Reiseveranstalter den Betrag von 2 Erwachsenen anfordern & berechnen.
- Die Kinder, die 5 Jahre alt und jünger sind, dürfen nicht Ballontouren machen.

The tour was outstanding. Excellent guides, comfortable lodging, comfortable transportation. We saw as much as we could absorb.
The first part of the Tour was Pamukkale & Ephesus. The Tour Guide Mr Mehmat & the the driver were at the airport on time to give a warm welcome. The Hierapolis & Pamukkale Thermal Ponds were beautiful to experience & Mr Mehmat ensured a good explanation of each place & monument. All locations along the bus route were also being informed about. The night halt at Efe Hotel along the sea side at Kuşadasi was a good surprise & comfortable stay. The wonders of Ephesus was heartwarming especially the 3D Museum is an astonishing experience- a must see. The tour to Pamukkale, Ephesus was very well managed meticulously planned to cover the important historical places. The stay at the Efe Hotel was indeed a cherry on the cake because of its sea side location. Mr Mehmet was curteous, cheerful & be extremely knowledgeable of the history and its chronological importance. His willingness to answer our questions made this tour an interactive and enriching experience. His photography skills helped us capture some beautiful memories. The second part of trip was Cappadocia. The tour to Capadocia was very well organised and managed for the duration of the visit. The stay in the Cave Hotel 1811 was an extremely beautiful and comfortable experience. The host were generous enough to look after us for even a small requirement. Ms Fatima during the tour of Cappadocia was found to be extremely confident and knowledgeable of the historical places planned during the visit. The gp was also given adequate time to visit the site and clarify any queries. The lady was generous and kind and was very friendly with the group. The lady knows her job and conducted the tour with utmost spirit. Overall an excellent experience thanks to the trip being well laid out & organised- whether the flight bookings, accommodations or touring. The whole experience was bad. We will put in a hotel in Cappadocia where the temperature was above hundred degree Fahrenheit without any air conditioning. Also, the hotel at Kusadasi was on a busy road with the room over the top of the road, which was very very noisy and loud I had paid for the premium package and was supposed to get a 4 or 5 star hotel. The only good thing was the driver and the guides they were real nice and knowledgeable. I think I should be reimbursed for the quality of the hotels. This is not the first time that I have used Viator, but this definitely will be the last time.
Just come back from amazing 8 days in Turkey booked with Encounters Travel in UK and locally with Fez travel and guide Goksu. What a fantastic and varied country Turkey is. Istanbul is a very clean and safe city. Afterwards we visited Ephesus, Pamukkale, Hierapolis and Cappadocia. Goksu was a great guide - so knowledgeable and he also helped the whole trip run smoothly. We loved our cave hotel - "Gamirasu". April is a perfect time to visit.

We had a great experience with our two tour guides: Mehmet in Pamakkule/Ephesus and Suleyman in Cappadocia. Flights & accommodations were easily coordinated and well scheduled. We knew exactly where to go and where to be at specific times. Provided meals were delicious and very filling and the guides provided great recommendations for dinner when requested. This experience was packed with a ton of information and a lot of different sights to see - be prepared for the fast pace and long days!

It's definitely worth a visit old and new chic and modern neighborhoods tradition and modernity
Be aware this is compressed program including 4 flights, pickup at 4AM on Day1, and then arrive the hotel at 1AM on Day2 night (arrived at Cappadocia airport at 10:30PM, then waited in transfer bus about one hour to fill the bus full, took 1.5+ hours from airport to the cave hotel). Enjoyed Day 1 and Day 2, the guide was knowledgeable and stick with program itinerary; however, the guide for Day 4 was more interested in pottery and carpet stores rather than what were listed in itinerary. We were in the pottery store one hour longer than the itinerary, then the guide decided to skip "Three beauties" -- they are the official symbol of both Urgup and Cappadocia. Suggest you to print out the detail itinerary with time slots, to make sure you get what you have paid for.
Great professional tour company. I had a great time on this trip and I was very impressed with the tour company. They always arrived on time to pick me up, were very accessible via whatsapp, and were very friendly. My tour guides Orman and Birck were pleasant and had a Turkish diploma in tourism so they knew their stuff. Cappadocia was the highlight of the trip and I recommend you pay extra for the hot air balloon ride. It was magical!
