In einem historischen Bauernhaus aus Stein können Sie an der Weinprobe teilnehmen, bei der vier unverwechselbare Weine präsentiert werden, die unser Terroir widerspiegeln: Schaumwein, Rosé und Rotweine aus Merlot, Cabernet und vielen anderen einheimischen Rebsorten Italiens. Der Reiseleiter erklärt Ihnen Weinbaupraktiken, Kellertechniken und Tricks von Profi-Sommeliers. Kombinieren Sie jeden Wein mit einer Auswahl regionaler Spezialitäten, darunter handwerklich hergestellte Sopressa-Salami und ein Trio aus gereiften Käsesorten.

Am Fuße des majestätischen Castello del Catajo führt eine ruhige Landstraße von der Hauptstraße ab und offenbart einen aristokratischen Landsitz. Hier spiegeln die Architektur, der Trachythof und die Wirtschaftsgebäude die tief verwurzelte Verbundenheit der Familie Salvan mit dem Land wider. Im Hof liegen die Keller, umgeben von weitläufigen Weinbergen. Seit 1914 werden hier die berühmten „Pigozzo“-Weine hergestellt – herzerwärmende und belebende Weine, die das Wesen der Region widerspiegeln. Lernen Sie die Handwerker hinter den Weinen kennen.

This is such a wonderful wine tasting experience! The hosts are very knowledgeable about their wine and the winery itself is so beautiful! The wines were all delicious and the hosts very gracious. Giorgio even gave us a ride to the train station after our tasting!! We would come back any time we are in Italy, would highly highly recommend l.

We really enjoyed our tour of the grapes and the wine tasting. Our host answered all our questions and provided us with education and local cheese and meat tastings. We really enjoyed and highly recommend this tour.

Great experience, the walk along the wineyards and try different kind of grapes was amazing. They taught us the correct way of tasting wine.

Highly recommended to discover a wonderful farm of this land. You can feel the love of this family for the activity and the search for quality for wines production. Amazing tour of the vineyards, where you can discover how the works on soil, and the variety of grapes. Excellent wines, among the best we have ever tasted; the host was very kind and enthusiastic, the tour is well organized and makes you feel immediately at ease.
