Diese Tour durch die Hügel von Valdobbiadene und den Prosecco DOCG führt Sie in die obere Gegend von Treviso, etwas mehr als eine Autostunde von Venedig entfernt, entlang des natürlichen Amphitheaters, das sich zwischen Conegliano und Valdobbiadene öffnet. Ein einzigartiges Szenario, das seit 2019 als UNESCO-Weltkulturerbe anerkannt ist. Die Tour beinhaltet einen Besuch bezaubernder Orte wie Molinetto della Croda und der Zisterzienserabtei Santa Maria di Follina, zwei der eindrucksvollsten Ecken der Region Treviso. Zum Mittagessen besuchen wir ein familiengeführtes Weingut für eine Weinprobe mit typischen lokalen Produkten: ein obligatorischer Stopp, um mehr über die Produktionsmethoden zu erfahren und die Exzellenz der Region zu probieren. Schließlich machen wir einen Halt in einem zweiten Keller, um den Tag mit einem Glas des prestigeträchtigen Cartizze, einer der berühmtesten Prosecco-Sorten, ausklingen zu lassen.

Eine alte Wassermühle aus dem 16. Jahrhundert. Das Gebäude wurde in mehreren Etappen errichtet, und die Fundamente des ursprünglichen Gebäudes ruhen auf dem nackten Felsen, der 'croda' (wörtlich Klippe) genannt wird.
Follina, eine kleine Stadt am Fuße der Treviso-Belluneser Voralpen, ist ein Mittelpunkt des religiösen Tourismus, der zur Entdeckung von Orten führt, die reich an Spiritualität und Frömmigkeit und von großem künstlerischem Wert sind.
Zuerst besuchen wir eine Prosecco-Kellerei mit einer Führung, bei der Sie alle verschiedenen Prozesse der Prosecco-Herstellung sehen und verstehen werden. Anschließend erwartet Sie eine Weinverkostung mit mehreren Gläsern Prosecco Superiore DOCG.
Der nördliche Teil der Provinz Treviso verzaubert uns mit seinen von dichten Rebzeilen bedeckten Hügeln, imposanten Schlössern und bezaubernden Pfarrkirchen. Die Prosecco-Straße durchquert den hügeligen Streifen am Fuße der Trevisaner Voralpen. Seit mehr als 100 Jahren regiert der Prosecco, jener einzigartige Schaumwein, der angenehm und leicht zu trinken ist.

As a lover of Prosecco I could not miss this excursion! The minivan tour among the UNESCO World Heritage Sites was already spectacular in itself! Each stage was carefully studied and accompanied by interesting explanations that made the experience even more engaging. The presence of our super Nicola escort was fundamental: attentive, passionately prepared, able to create a pleasant atmosphere, take care of every detail and make everyone feel comfortable during the entire experience. The first tasting allowed us to get to know the quality and tradition of Prosecco up close, but the highlight was undoubtedly the second tasting dedicated to Cartizze, rightly defined the elite of Prosecco: an elegant, refined wine, which tells the territory in every sip! If I could rate this more than 5 stars I would. The Prosecco region is stunning. And the wines are the best I’ve ever tasted. Our guide, Chiara, was a gem. So knowledgable. So concerned about making this the best possible experience for her guests - plus she’s just interesting and funny! I have been to many vineyards in Italy and these 2 were just spectacular. The Abby and the mill were incredibly lovely. Book this tour you will not regret it!

We chose to celebrate my birthday with a day in the Prosecco region, led by Chiara. During the trip, we were fascinated by the breathtaking views we saw from the window, accompanied by its detailed explanations and many interesting ideas. Chiara took us on two historic stages: a striking abbey and a waterfall with a mill, both immersed in scenarios of extraordinary beauty. Next, we stopped at two carefully selected wineries. The first stop was Vigne Matte, where we took part in a guided tour and delighted ourselves with a rich buffet of cold cuts, cheeses and bread, followed by a Prosecco tasting. The second winery, Cartizze PDC, offered us a completely different experience. More intimate and authentic, it is renowned for producing one of the best Proseccos in the world, which we enjoyed while admiring a simply incredible panoramic view. Chiara, with her competence, friendliness and attention, turned this day into a very special experience.

The transport was super precise and pleasant. The landscape is very suggestive, the tasting excellent both for wines and food, with typical products of the area. We visited two wineries, the owners were super welcoming and involved us a lot with their stories. Recommended!!
