Schlägt Ihr Herz bei herausfordernden Hindernissen und großen Höhen schneller? Dann sollten Sie sich die Wanderung auf den Burdah-Berg (1300 m) nicht entgehen lassen. Oben angekommen werden Sie mit einer der höchsten natürlichen Brücken der Welt belohnt. Stellen Sie sich vor, Sie stehen auf der Brücke und fühlen sich, als wären Sie auf dem Gipfel der Welt! Der Weg hat eine felsige Bergoberfläche mit einigen technisch schwierigen Abschnitten, die Klettern und manchmal sogar steile Anstiege erfordern. Oben auf dem Berg genießen wir einen Beduinentee und unten bereitet Ihr Guide ein traditionelles Mittagessen vor. Sie werden von einem erfahrenen Guide gut unterstützt. Klettererfahrung ist nicht erforderlich. Die Wanderung auf den Burdah-Berg ist unser Hauptaugenmerk, aber wir werden auch ein paar andere Stopps einlegen, um Ihnen mehr über die Geschichte und die Highlights von Wadi Rum zu zeigen. Wir beenden die Tour in Um Sabatah, dem besten Ort, um den magischen Sonnenuntergang zu beobachten. ÜBERNACHTUNG Um das Wadi Rum-Erlebnis voll auszukosten, können Sie eine Nacht in unserem Beduinenlager hinzufügen oder draußen in der Höhle unter den Sternen schlafen.

Wadi Rum Village - Wir treffen uns zwischen 09:30 und 10:00 Uhr im Rest House im Wadi Rum Village. Dies ist der erste Ort, den Sie auf der rechten Seite sehen, wenn Sie das Dorf betreten. Es gibt einen Supermarkt und einen Souvenirladen und unser Büro ist gleich um die Ecke. Wenn alle Touristen anwesend sind und vom Reiseleiter begrüßt werden, beginnen wir die Tour (gegen 10:00 Uhr)
Wandern Burdah Rock Bridge – Wandern und besteigen Sie den Burdah-Berg zusammen mit Ihrem erfahrenen Beduinenführer, der Ihnen viele Geschichten über die Gegend, das Leben der Beduinen und die verschiedenen Pflanzen und Blumen erzählen kann, die Sie unterwegs sehen werden. Die Dauer hängt von Ihrem Tempo ab, dauert aber normalerweise etwa 2 bis 3 Stunden. Oben angekommen nehmen wir uns Zeit, um uns zu entspannen, Fotos zu machen, die Aussicht zu genießen und frischen Beduinentee zu trinken.
Traditionelles Beduinen-Mittagessen - Nach der Wanderung bereitet Ihr Reiseleiter ein köstliches traditionelles Mittagessen zu, das draußen am Feuer zubereitet wird. Das Mittagessen, das wir zubereiten, ist jeden Tag anders, aber wir kochen Ihnen gerne eine warme Mahlzeit mit Gemüse, Brot, Hummus, Joghurt und anderen lokalen Leckereien. Während wir kochen, können Sie die Gegend bei einer Wanderung erkunden oder sich einfach hinsetzen und entspannen, während Sie die Panoramalandschaft von Wadi Rum genießen.
Umm Fruth Rock Bridge - Diese 15 Meter hohe Brücke neben der Burdah Bridge ist eine der berühmtesten Brücken im Wadi Rum. Natürlich ist die Wanderung nicht so herausfordernd und beeindruckend wie die Burdah-Wanderung, aber sie ist eine berühmte Sehenswürdigkeit und trotzdem ein lustiges Abenteuer und ein großartiger Ort für Fotos. Geben Sie Ihrem Guide Ihr Telefon oder Ihre Kamera, der am Boden bleibt und ein beeindruckendes Foto von Ihnen oben auf der Brücke macht. Die Einheimischen rennen mit Leichtigkeit die Brücke auf und ab, aber für Touristen ist es etwas schwieriger. Deshalb wurden kleine Löcher gemacht, die den Aufstieg etwas erleichtern.
Abu Khashaba Canyon - Strecken Sie Ihre Beine aus und genießen Sie einen schönen Spaziergang in diesem tiefen, schmalen Tal, das von hohen Bergwänden umgeben ist. Es gibt viel Grün, das einen schönen Kontrast zum roten Wüstensand bildet. Sie werden viele verschiedene Arten von Bäumen und Pflanzen sehen und unzählige Vögel zwitschern hören. Die Einheimischen haben Flaschen aufgehängt, um das Regenwasser aufzufangen, damit die Vögel daraus trinken können. Es ist eine wahre Oase der Ruhe. Der Spaziergang dauert 30 bis 45 Minuten und Ihr Guide holt Sie auf der anderen Seite ab.
Kleine Brücke - Durch jahrelange verschiedene Unwettereinflüsse wurde diese natürliche Kleine Brücke auf einer Felsformation in der Gegend von Khor El Ajram geformt. Sie heißt Kleine Brücke, weil sie nur wenige Meter hoch und leicht zu erklimmen ist, aber die Aussicht ist atemberaubend und auf Bildern sieht sie ziemlich groß und beeindruckend aus. Wenn Sie wieder herunterkommen, erwartet Sie eine Tasse süßen Tee im Beduinenzelt, wo Sie Souvenirs kaufen oder sich entspannen und mit Einheimischen abhängen können.
Weiße Wüste - Die Weiße Wüste unterscheidet sich grundlegend von der Roten Wüste. Die Weiße Wüste liegt weiter in der Wüste in einem abgelegenen Gebiet mit weniger Touristen. Die Aussicht ist beeindruckend und Sie werden verschiedene Farben und Felsformationen wie den Mushroom Rock oder Chicken Rock sehen
Jeep Tour - Die Zeit, die uns vor Sonnenuntergang bleibt, verbringen wir mit Sightseeing und besuchen die Highlights von Wadi Rum
Um Sabatah Sunset Viewpoint - Wadi Rum ist bekannt für die atemberaubendsten Sonnenuntergänge. Und wir kennen die besten Orte, um es zu sehen! Wir bringen Sie zu einem abgelegenen Bereich, wo Sie bei Sonnenuntergang die weite Panoramalandschaft überblicken können, während wir am Feuer einen süßen Beduinentee zubereiten. Setzen Sie sich einfach auf die Matratze oder in den Sand und nehmen Sie all die Schönheit auf, die Sie um sich herum sehen.

Hi, We made a two day two nights tour, with one hike to the summit of the burdha mountain. This was truely an amazing experience as we were mostly by ourselves enjoying nature and what it has to offer. Tamir was a wonderful guide, very attentive, good mood and always up to make us laugh and feel comfortables. We had one night in a cave (beautiful sky and stars experience) and one night in a wonderful camp. We would definitely recommend them, as we had an amazing time.

He was 1 hour late, tried giving me a cheaper tour I didn’t ask for on three occasions and made a veiled threat. Full story I took out a hiking tour with bakhir. On the day, Bakhir played a coordination role between people who booked tours online and locals that provide the tour. He didn’t have a list of people expected, no tour guides were present and he initially didn’t ask for tickets. He was smiley and offered free tea, but 40 minutes in we were the last 4 people due to go on a tour. He then: 1- tried putting us all on a jeep tour. I told him I had ordered a half day hike + tour. This was the first time he asked to see our tickets and only asked us. 2- He then offered a half day hike only, but no further tour. I told him no, that’s not what we paid for. I showed him the ticket again, half day hike and tour. He then spoke to someone on the phone asking for our booking details quickly as we were in front of him. He started to get annoyed and said organising the hike and tour required preparation (something he should have already been tracking and organised). 3- he kept getting annoyed and said “I don’t need your happy smiles, I have people booking online all the time, I don’t need you. I don’t need to give you a tour”. That hit hard, he was willing to try and ruin our holiday and cancel our plans just because we were asking to do the tour we had already paid for - no apology, just anger. He then placed us on a 4x4 and said he would give us half day hike and tour, but we might not be able to see everything since we were late (because of his lack of planning). At this point I just agreed to salvage the situation, but I’ll be speaking with viator and Jordanian tourism board. The tour group is run by bakhir, but the tour operators are his family. His brother Omir and uncle Ali were our guides on the day and the were great, Ali was incredibly kindly, friendly and flexible - I liked him. And omir was very friendly too. If it was based on the two of them I would have left a good review, but bakhir is the coordinator and the risk of not getting the tour you paid for or being threatened remains and that’s not okay. Maybe someone else in the family should take over bakhir’s role. Feedback: Bakhir needs to work on organisation skills, deliver what was paid for, make a realistic itenarary (and update the online advert) and maybe take a course on how to run tours and deal with tourists. It was very disorganised.
Hello Julio, We are very sorry to hear how upset you are. We would like to explain the situation. Bakhir is a local Bedouin who lives and works in the desert. He can speak good English, but can’t write or read it. That is why I (Lara) help him by handling the bookings, Tripadvisor, communication etc. In your case there has been a miscommunication in the team, and we thought you booked a full day jeep tour, but instead you booked a mountain hike and tour. So we didn’t have the guide ready for you, but mistakes can happen, and we solved the problem very quickly and even had 2 guides for you, instead of 1. Sorry again, that this kept you waiting. You still got to do a tour of about 7,5 hours, instead of 8. We would have been happy to give you a refund for the time missed, if you had just asked. Also, we have mentioned very clearly on Viator that the experience consists of the mountain hike itself, a lunch, and for the remaining time, the tourists will do a jeep tour and visit other highlights. The whole plan is written there. So it is not really fair to say that the plan was not clear. We even send you the printscreens to show you. If you didn’t like what you booked, you could have told us immediately and we could have changed your plan. We are glad you still enjoyed the whole experience, as did our guides. Sad to see that your 1 star review is not based on this experience, but on the miscommunication in the beginning. We will contact you privately to discuss it further, so we can maybe make some adjustments on Viator, in case anything isn’t clear
We had a great time and from the start it was a great experience. we were received at the scheduled time by Bakhir who gave us a beautiful tour in the desert with the jeeps and then we reached the camp where we found spacious and very clean tents with new towels. we then had a very good dinner followed by music and dancing with the other guests. After a beautiful night, we had a good breakfast and drove back by jeep to Wadi Rum Village. If you go to Wadi Rum use Wadi Rum Desert Dreamss because they are really good, they pampered us and always made us feel calm and safe. Again a big thank you to Bakhir.

It was entirely great experience with Wadi Rum Desert Dreams. From booking when I was getting very fast responses though seamless pick up at the parking lot though a great tour, wonderful beduin lunch to final departure. Our guide Nahe was fatastic I always felt he is doing a bit more than guides from other companies. We felt amazing with him.

Wadi rum Desert Dreams, unique experience... Arriving at the visitors centre we are immediately greeted by the young Bakhir who once offered a snack takes us to know the desert and his family. We start with a half-hour camel ride (Dromedario) to enter the unique Mood of the Wadi Rum Desert... With Bakhir's cousin we arrive with an off-roader in the camp, we are offered hot tea and told that we were free to do what we wanted, in short we were at our home. After dark, a nice hot shower, we are served a great and hearty dinner, and then stay in the after dinner around the fire with Bakhir's family and friends. After the night (a bit chilly), breakfast awaited us (don't expect European stuff) but still plentiful... Then we had the 4 hour jeep tour where we saw the main attractions of Wadi (of course driver would satisfy us on anything, between stops for relaxation, photos and so on). After that we just wanted to stay, but the famous Petra Treasure awaited us... I would gladly return to this place, run by young and smart people. See you soon FEDERICO AND ALESSIA.
