1. Option – Wüste Beginnen Sie Ihr Abenteuer in Wahiba Sands mit aufregenden Dünenfahrten über riesige goldene Dünen und Fotostopps. Danach besuchen Sie die Oase Wadi Bani Khalid, schwimmen in türkisfarbenen Pools, erkunden malerische Schluchtenpfade oder entspannen am Wasser. Bescheidene Bademode erforderlich. Rückkehr nach Maskat nach einem Tag voller Erlebnisse in der Wüsten- und Oasenlandschaft des Oman. 2. Option – Sonnenuntergang Beginnen Sie im Wadi Bani Khalid zu schwimmen, zu erkunden oder zu entspannen. Dann fahren Sie nach Wahiba Sands, um Dünen zu fahren und optional Sandboarden zu fahren. Bleiben Sie, um den atemberaubenden Wüstenuntergang zu erleben, während sich die goldenen Dünen unter warmem Abendlicht verwandeln, bevor Sie nach Maskat zurückkehren. 3. Wahiba Sands ist eine Wüstenregion, die zum Al Sharqiya Sands of Oman gehört. Dieser Ort wird auf jeden Fall für alle unvergesslich bleiben. Wadi Bani Khalid (oder auch Wadi Hayer genannt). Es ist buchstäblich ein Paradies, in dem Sie sich nach der stickigen Wüste erfrischen können. Wadi Hayer ist eine Oase mit einem funkelnden Wasserfall, umgeben von riesigen Felsen und Dattelpalmen von allen Seiten. Das Wasser ist hier kristallklar und transparent. Wir sollten erwähnen, dass es sich nicht nur um einen einzigen Punkt handelt, sondern um eine breite Palette von nahe gelegenen Dörfern. Touristen haben auch eine Chance, in die Höhlen zu gelangen, sollten jedoch von einem erfahrenen Führer begleitet werden.

Wir kontaktieren alle Gäste einen Tag vor der Tour, um die Abholdetails zu bestätigen. Falls eine Abholung vom Flughafen erforderlich ist oder die Tour am selben Tag wie Ihre Ankunft stattfindet, planen Sie bitte ausreichend Pufferzeit vor Tourbeginn ein. Wenn Sie aufgegebenes Gepäck abholen müssen, empfehlen wir, zwischen Ihrer geplanten Ankunftszeit und dem Tourbeginn mindestens 1,5 Stunden einzuplanen. Wenn Sie ohne aufgegebenes Gepäck reisen, wird eine Mindestzeit von 1 Stunde empfohlen, um eine rechtzeitige Ankunft zur Abholung zu gewährleisten.

The tour is in small groups in a fairly comfortable vehicle, the Wani Bani Khalid is a very nice place to spend the day, remember to wear modest swimwear. The experience of watching the sunset in the desert is amazing, walking through the dunes, sandboarding and seeing camels and Bedouins is a very nice experience.

Our guide Abdullah Alhabsi was 5 stars. He was polite knowledgeable, a good driver and great 4WD drive skills in the desert sand dunes. It was delightful he was our guide and also join our table for some meals. Abdullah also assisted me more due to my age and knees in some difficult spots. Thank you so much for an amazing 4 days. The accommodation was excellent all four nights. Gilloman needs to improve some areas of communication, and the trip might be light physical for the under 50 but was difficult for 60-year-old with bad knees. Note no alcohol was available at any of the locations something to be aware, if you like a beer.

What a great day trip! Just enjoyed it. Picked up from the hotel with a 4x4 pickup truck. Together with a couple from USA and an Italian Wadi Bani Khalid and visited the desert. Mohammed is still young but a very experienced driver with a passion for cars and the desert. Hugely enjoyed tearing through the desert, sandboarding and the sunset. If you like some adventure you really should book this day trip.

I have done a fair few desert trips in different countries. They can seem a bit repetitive - ride a camel, etc. But I signed up for this one as I wanted to sand board and it was a lot of fun! It's a nice way to get to Wahiba Sands from Muscat. It's a long journey out, but no complaints. Cute camels too, although I don't ride them for ethical reasons.
