Sobald Sie das Schiff verlassen, warte ich am Gate 5 des Kreuzfahrtterminals auf Sie. Von hier aus beginnen wir unsere Reise nach Savoca, die mit dem Auto etwa eine Stunde dauern wird
In der Kunststadt Savoca angekommen, einem kleinen Dorf, in dem zahlreiche Szenen aus dem Film „Der Pate“ von Fred Francis Coppola gedreht wurden, machen wir einen Halt in der Vitelli-Bar, die als Bar im Film bekannt ist und sich dort befindet Möglichkeit, eine typisch sizilianische Granita zu probieren. Ein weiterer Stopp auf unserer Tour ist die Kirche „Santa Maria in cielo Assunta“, die wir auch in einigen Ausschnitten des Films finden, beispielsweise in dem der Hochzeit zwischen Michael Corleone und Apollonia.
Sobald Sie in Castelmola angekommen sind, können Sie eines der schönsten Dörfer Italiens bewundern und Mandelwein in der berühmten Bar Turrisi probieren, die für ihre phallischen Dekorationen bekannt ist. Diese Symbole sind nicht als vulgär zu verstehen, sondern vielmehr als Symbole der Fruchtbarkeit, des Wohlstands und der Freiheit gemäß den Vorstellungen der griechischen Kultur. Sie haben außerdem die Gelegenheit, Mandelwein und exquisite sizilianische Cannoli zu probieren.
Die letzte Station unserer Tour wird Taormina sein. Der Treffpunkt ist am Kreuzfahrtterminal, am Ausgang von Gate 5. Dort werde ich, Fulvio, Ihr Fahrer, mit einem Schild mit Ihrem Namen darauf auf Sie warten. Sobald Sie zusammen sind, beginnt Ihre Tour. Die Touren beginnen in der Regel um 8 Uhr und enden je nach Ankunfts- und Abfahrtszeit des Schiffes um 16 Uhr.

Marisa and Fulvio, our guide and driver were phenomenal. Marisa was extremely knowledgable and shared so much information about each of the places we visited as well as the history of Sicily over many years. She was very bubbly and had a great sense of humour. We were treated to local wine and a cannolo during our visit to Castlemola. She brought Sicily to life for us, a truly special trip we will never forget. We would highly recommend this trip. We were picked up and dropped off at our cruise ship and well looked after throughout the day. Communication prior and during the trip was excellent.
We had an absolutely delightful 10/10 day with the wonderful Marisa! She was an excellent guide on all locations, offering us insight into the people, food, culture, language and sites of Sicily! Our group loved her casual style and laid-back approach as we navigated all the areas, yet left us time to shop, grab a drink, and fellowship together. WE APPRECIATE YOU MARISA! Great job!

You cover a lot of ground in this tour. Coming into Messina you will have about a 1 hour drive to Savoca.

Our tour with Fabrizio was the best tour we’ve ever had. He tailored it to our family and gave local advice that was priceless. He took us to Savoca, Taormina, and Castlemola. He showed us secret spots that most tours wouldn’t know about. We saw Catacombs, local churches, lookout points, with amazing views, and ruins. He recommended the best local restaurant and snacks. He made sure to take the scenic route and explain all of the local areas, legends and history. At the end, he bought us almond wine and cannolis. It was an amazing experience that our family will never forget 💕
The driver and guide met us right at the port. Communication as awesome. Our tour guide, Marissa, was AMAZING!!! She was fun, funny, accommodating, well spoken and an all-around perfect guide. Fulvio met us at each destination and was also a great guy. I VERY HIGHLY recommend this tour. The towns we visited were spectacular. My mother had mobility issues and they were even accommodating to those needs. Great tour!!
Fulvio and Aurora were our guides on this private tour for 7 of us. Every one of us enjoyed it very much. Both Fulvio and Aurora took the best care and explained things very well. The sites were amazing and with their expert guidance we were able to see everything we wanted to see. Fulvio is a precise driver and also full of knowledge with the best manner. Aurora was a delight to each one of us, personalizing information to our taste. Wish we had more time because we didn’t want it to end!!! Highly recommended 😀👍🏻‼️
