Great communication leading up to the transfer. Flexible with time changes. Perfectly punctual. Friendly. Helpful. Even pulled over so we wouldn’t lose cell service when he heard us on a call. Very cool. One driver took us to the Botswana border and got us through Zimbabwe immigration then we met up with another driver who got us through Botswana immigration. I’d recommend this service highly and without reservation.
driver arrived on time at the hotel reception, we even delayed our pick up by an hour last min which was accepted, vehicle was a 16 seater for 4 of us, smooth ride overall
App couldn't find our pickup location. Had to contact the operator to arrange it. Rest was perfect..

We were expecting a transfer from our hotel in Victoria Falls to the Kasane Airport. We had to take three vehicles, including a safari truck down a busy highway. There were a lot of delays but we did make our flight. We weren't expecting to be with a group going on a safari so that was a huge surprise. We did feel safe though.
Hi Reene Thank you for the feedback and highlighting the challenges - sorry about the slow process, as a transfer company there was nothing we could do as the Botswana Immigrations had only 1 Officer serving all people going in and out as the others were in a meeting, we could not change anything about that sorry. Also, the transfer was not private thats why we joined you with other people, if you request for private transfer we could have done that. Lastly, for unplanned delays, we try to pick our guests well on time enough to get everything handled and get them to their destination in time.
Service was good with the exception of unexpected change of vehicle at the Botswana border to a much less comfortable car.
Thank you for the feedback, we have noted your concern and we thus resorting to use the same type of vehicle with comfort for this trip, usually game drive vehicles has been used to ferry on the Botswana side as clients will be going through some rough roads.
