Great experience! The guides were phenomenal and I felt very safe. They took their time and was very patient with me
Great guides, nice runs, beautiful views.
Advertised as a family activity for all ages adults over 65 should be cautioned about steep down slopes and climbes between the points which none of the reviewers had pointed out. It is worth its while though with fantastic views if the gorge and thrill of zipping through many points. The help staff including the ones that suit you up and accompany you throughout the ride are really wonderful and very patient i would syrongly recommend this activity.
Take camera if on a lanyard. Very safe and the guides look after you well. Bit of a steep trek back up once finished. Photos and videos are taken which are good and not pricey. Ziplines are 9, not particularly challenging or long
Nice hotel. Clean and friendly staff. Prepare to relax when ordering lunch….normal wait from order to receipt about 45 min. Not an issue if enjoying the weather
Awesome zip lining. I was on my own with two instructors and the photographer. Great location, 9 slides, it was a lot of fun.
This is honestly a 5 star high class experience! We are an adventuring family of 4 from Australia (2A 2C G14 B11) and we booked this the day before as our rafting trip was cancelled due to flooding. We had a fantastic time, all the guides were very safety oriented, and it was very professionally run. The zip lines run along the side of the canyon and the views of the river are spectacular. We also indulged in the media package and all our friends and family delighted at our experience too!
Just great fun, at a great location, interspersed with a spectacular view, enjoyable for the whole family.
What fun! A group of seven of us did this Canopy Tour. The joke was on me when we arrived and the guides started helping us with harnesses and gloves -- "Wait, wha?! What do you mean, this is zip lining?" Somehow it never sunk in that "Canopy Tour" really meant ziplining across the Zambezi River gorge...I honestly was thinking we would be walking through the canopy on suspension bridges (think Capilano Suspension Bridge Treetops in Vancouver, British Columbia). Well, after I got over the shock, I found it to be a very cool first-time-ever-ziplining experience! Did not have a fear of heights --but did struggle a bit everytime when we first had to jump off the box! The guides were terrific, patient and helpful. Shoutout to Dingy and Gift. "Aim for the box!" "Keep your hand behind you!" The rocky climb back up after it was all over was a little challenging --- but mostly because it was hot and humid. We were delighted too that the base location for the tour was at the Lookout Cafe --where we had just a day earlier enjoyed a lovely meal there. The warthog family feeding on the grounds was an added touch to a wonderful experience. Thank you Wild Horizons! And thanks for having the photographer follow along and capture our memorable experience!
Just listen to your guides they are amazing with great patience and know what their doing and how to keep you safe !
