Smooth, timely and reliable way to transfer from Marco Polo Airport into the heart on Venice. Drop off close to, or as in our case, straight to our hotel's dock. Highly recommended.
Excellent service. There was someone on hand to tell us where to get our transport and how long we needed to wait. Would use this service again.

I booked to have airport transfer from the airport in Venice Italy to my hotel. I DID NOT Receive any service at all. No proper instructions were given or sent prior to arriving and even when I called, crappy instructions that were impossible to follow were given. My husband and I stayed stranded in an airport we knew nothing about for 2 hours before a friendly stranger helped us to our hotel instead. This is my second bad experience with a booking through Viator!
Transfer to San Marco from the airport was very smooth. We actually forgot a piece of luggage on the boat and the driver brought it to our hotel. Overall, we were extremely pleased
We had to wait 35 minutes for the boat transfer and they didn't drop us at our hotel, which other taxis do… walk was 10 minutes, which is ok but not what we expected.

This company was so accommodating! We had a delayed flight which resulted in a next day arrival and they still honored our reservation with zero hesitation. They kept in communication the entire time so that we felt at ease knowing they would be there when we arrived. Would definitely use this company again!

Waited almost an hour to get on a boat. Once on the boat you can't really see anything around you. Not really a tour. Only useful if your hotel is not on the main waterways.
Great to know our transfer was booked and ready to go when we arrived. Heaps of room and very comfortable.
Directions to find the boat were tough to follow. There was no clear ‘desk 71’ that was stated in our directions. We were lucky enough for our boat captain to find us, otherwise we would have been searching. Ride was beautiful!
Beware! I took the water taxi and my clothes were wet when I arrived. The driver put my bag in a wet area of the boat. Viator told me they would refund the ride and then said the provider denied responsibility- avoid this company. They are careless and do not value their customers.
