Loved so many things about the excursion. we were met off the boat across the street with my name and on a plaque of Card. Pedro our driver was top-notch, kind, informative, helpful.. stopped whenever we wanted to take a quick pic. Made sure we were well taken care of. Dropped us off at the hotel which the pool was amazing. The staff there was also amazing. Only hiccup was not enough lounge chairs. Which they quickly resolved. Walk down to the beach, the water was warm and inviting. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
Traveling with my two kids and we loved this tour. We traveled around enjoy all the sights and ended at a beach resort where we ordered lunch poolside and played at the beach. When we were done, we messaged Humberto and he picked us up immediately. Humberto was so funny and we had such a great time!
They need to know that when they book they need to require a tour guide that is going to do his best to give you the most amazing experience like our tour guy, Edy Valenzuela
Excellent!! The tour was very good, Gilberto is a very kind and helpful person, he treated us wonderfully! He took us on the tour and explained everything to us! The beach area was very comfortable
Humberto was awesome! We rode in a pulmonia which was a fun added touch. He took us to all the main sites and took photos using our phones. Waters and sodas included to keep you refreshed in the hot sun. The hotel at the end with beach access was pure paradise and a relaxing end to the tour. Highly recommend this tour!
Gil was an amazing and friendly tour guide. Took us to all the best stops, answered all questions and ended our day at the beach club! Perfect day would definitely do this again!
What a perfect way to spend a port day in Mazatlan! Moises was an excellent tour guide, showing us all the highlights of the town and all the history. Topped the day off with a relaxing beach club day by the ocean. Moises made sure we were back to the boat on time. Awesome experience!
We had a great time on our city tour, tequila tasting, and beach club excursion. Gil was our tour guide and he was efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure we were all comfortable and enjoying ourselves. He provided cold drinks for us all throughout the tour. The morning of the tour, he texted me his exact location so we knew where to meet him after getting off our cruise ship. I feel like we got to see the highlights of Mazatlan and then enjoyed relaxing at the Marriott beach club. The infinity pool was perfect, overlooking the beach, and the food was delicious. I definitely recommend this excursion to others who want to see the city, do a little shopping, and then relax at the beach/pool.
Our guide Gil, took us to quite a few places that are a must see when you come to Mazatlan. Amazing history, beautiful places and we were even able to see cliff divers. He was very accommodating, giving us time to explore and offering cold drinks. At the end of the tour for the beach club, he suggested another location that he advised would be better, and it definitely was. . He even took my husband back early and came back and waited for us. Great tour, excellent guide!!
We absolutely loved our experience with Gil! We were a group of 10, with ages ranging from 2 to 72 and this was our favorite part of our cruise. We had a lovely tour around the city, stopping at various landmarks. Gil was incredibly hospitable, providing advice about local shopping and provided a cooler full of water and soda. We stopped at the cathedral, did some shopping at the markets, and then went to a resort to swim around. All of us (including my elderly parents) would definitely go back.
