We had the best experience with David and Tour Mazatlan! Everything was SO easy from start to finish. The minute we arrived at the main terminal, David spotted us right away — and somehow managed to spot everyone else in our group too! They were incredibly prompt and organized. Luis drove us to the resort, gave us a quick rundown, and then we were free to enjoy the beautiful resort on our own. It was very clean, relaxing, and gorgeous. It was also VERY kid-friendly, which was a huge plus for us! There’s a main pool that’s about 4 ft deep and a separate kiddie pool that’s about 2 ft deep with fountains. Having direct beach access was another huge plus — we loved being able to go back and forth between the pools and the beach. Lunch was great — we ordered tacos and nachos and definitely recommend the nachos! The drinks were great too. David picked us up right on time in an air-conditioned van with a cooler full of cold beers and waters waiting for us, which was such a nice touch. If you’re coming to Mazatlán on a cruise, especially with kids, and want an easy, stress-free resort day without worrying about transportation or getting back to the ship on time, I highly recommend booking with Tour Mazatlan. We had such a pleasant experience!

We had an amazing day and this ended up being one of the highlights of our cruise! David was incredibly organized, friendly, and made everything so easy from start to finish. The resort was beautiful, the pool was relaxing, and the beach was gorgeous. It was the perfect mix of relaxing and enjoying Mazatlán without feeling rushed. Everyone in our group had a great time, and we all agreed we'd absolutely do this excursion again the next time we're here. Highly recommend!

Very easy process and the hotel/beach are very nice. Would recommend if you want something relaxing to do.

This was the perfect shore excursion from our cruise- super attentive hotel workers and David was great. We relaxed by the pool and swam in the ocean. Will def be back

David is very organized and aware of the cruise lines and their arrival and departure times. If you have questions or concerns just reach out to him via the viator platform and he will get back to you. The Courtyard Marriott is gorgeous with an infinity pool that overlooks the ocean, a swim up bar, and nice servers that bring drinks and food to you. The way Viator shows what's included may seem like you get 2 alcoholic and 2 sodas but know that you get 2 drinks total. Alcoholic or NonAlcoholic. Most of us did 1 of each. You can swim up to the bar and order. It is so GREAT. Also, we walked down to the beach and put our feet in the water (which was like bath water). But the pool area was where we spent most of our time... it was so calm and had very few people. (Maybe because it was a Monday)....but it was very relaxing and exactly the type of resort experience we were looking for!

Finding the tour group from the cruise boat was easy. The staff was friendly and helpful. The property was beautiful, and the food was good.

We had a group of 8- ranging from toddlers to seniors. Coming from the cruise ship, they provided safe and clean transportation there and back which was very important to us. We had 6 hours to enjoy! We split it into 2.5 hours on the beach and water (they had private lounge chairs and cover for us) and then 3 hours at the pool. We loved having a kid friendly pool for our kids and infinity pool/swim up bar for adults. Food was excellent and drinks was refreshing. We would highly recommend this tour!
