Wir bringen Sie in einem klimatisierten Fahrzeug zum Vulkan, Sie können das Schlammbad am Vulkan genießen, wir holen Sie im Hotel ab und begleiten Sie während der gesamten Tour, Hin- und Rücktransport inklusive. Es ist ein attraktiver und beliebter Ort, weil er voller Heilschlamm ist. Die Bewohner behaupten, es habe dank seiner Bestandteile wie Wasser, Kieselsäure, Aluminium, Magnesium, Schwefel, Kalzium, Eisen und anderen Mineralien eine heilende Wirkung. Laut Aussagen von Anwohnern und Besuchern besitzt es therapeutische Eigenschaften, sorgt für ein positives Hautbild und lindert Muskel- und Gelenkschmerzen. Im Sommer nimmt das Schlammvolumen im Vulkankegel ab; im Winter füllt er sich aufgrund des angrenzenden Sumpfes bis zum Überlaufen. Der Aufenthalt am Vulkan (ca. 30 Minuten) ist inklusive Eintritt. Massagen, Getränke und Fotos (mit eigenen Mobilgeräten) werden vor Ort angeboten. Die Bezahlung dieser Leistungen ist freiwillig.

They never established communication with me until an hour before the activity when I contacted them Afterwards, pure deception: When my ticket said they would pick me up at 8 at my hotel, and I was in the lobby from that time. Later they notified me that they wouldn't arrive until 9:30. I contacted them at 9: 48 because they hadn't arrived, they told me they were in the process of picking people up At 10:03 they wrote to me saying that the activity was suspended because they evacuated people from the volcano and that they would do it the next day I hadn't even had breakfast, since my package included lunch. I requested my refund on the platform, and to this moment they haven't issued the refund
Great experience at the mud volcano in Colombia! 🌋 I give 5 stars for the guide Christian who was really super nice, welcoming, and made the activity even more enjoyable. The moment in the mud is a truly original and very fun experience, it is definitely worth it. A small downside, however: everyone asks for tips throughout the activity. Even though it is theoretically voluntary, one feels a bit pressured to give it, and in the end, we ended up leaving some behind. It leaves a bit of a mixed taste on this point. Moreover, the water in the lagoon where we have to rinse off is very green and really does not make one want to dive in. Regarding the journey, everything went well with the air conditioning in the vehicle, but it should be noted that the road is quite chaotic with quite a few bumps in the van that does not absorb them very well 😅 Despite these minor points, the experience is definitely worth doing at least once! 👍
If i could rate this lower than 1 star i would. I definitely don't recommend, we did not feel safe with the driver, and the customer service was terrible. Book something else!
