We had an amazing experience hiking the Tet Paul Nature Trail, and a big part of that was thanks to our driver Bernie. From the beginning, he was professional, punctual, and knowledgeable about the island. Along the way, Bernie shared interesting facts about Saint Lucia’s history, culture, and landmarks, which made the journey just as enjoyable as the hike itself.
Great way to see the beautiful island of St. Lucia is with a personalized tour. That is reason we book this private tour “Tet Paul “ Stairway to heaven”. Bernie was our driver, he picked up us from the resorts on time. He was absolutely fantastic, a great driver, great tour guide, knowledgeable about the island history, very informative and extremely friendly. He was very flexible in allowing us to customize our plan to see many place we wanted to explore. He stopped at several viewpoints for us to take beautiful picture and just made our trip memorable. we stopped for a lunch at the restaurant with awesome view of pitons. Overall we had a wonderful day and I truly enjoyed this tour. I would recommend to anyone who would like to do this private tour. You can contact direct to Bernie to book it.
John gave our group of four women a fabulous day-long tour of south St Lucia. He picked us up at Rodney Bay, having driven all the way from Soufriere! Gracious, warm, and smart, his awesome local knowledge made our packed day super fun. Excellent driver, locally respected, made access to crowded sites easy, delicious local lunch, and extra stops as needed for special interests like roadside vendors of cassava bread, chocolate, and fruit. Provided tickets, cold water, beer, extra towels. He answered our millions of questions and played awesome Caribbean music on the drive home. We loved our special day with John!!
The main event is a hike - 45 minutes to 1 hour incline depending on how in shape you are. When I booked I thought it was more of a driving tour and you walked a short distance to the spot to take the picture. Overall, I really enjoyed the experience - the drive down from the north side of the island was smooth and not rushed, the driver was on time & friendly (we enjoyed chatting & listening to music on our hour to hour 20 minute drive down to the southern part of the island) and we selected what we wanted to do as part of the add-ons. I would recommend to family and friends.
The hike itself was beautiful! However we were not taken to the botanical gardens on the way back like the trip includes. Parts of our trip are left out even though we paid for the full experience and I would like some type of compensation.
Had an absolute blast on this tour with Felix as our guide. He told us things about the island and native flora that we would have never known without him. If you plan on doing a hike on St. Lucia I highly recommend using this company as your guide. They are also great custodians of the path you will hike.
It was a lovely experience! The guide John was very friendly and knowledgeable. Being off season, we end up having a private tour and no crowds anywhere.
We thought we were taking a larger tour. Turned out to be a dude and his car. And a woman who booked him for a solo private tour (but he surprised her with us). They got into it later. It was a whole thing. Only saw 1 out of 3 sites promised. Took 7 hours.
This review is posted on the wrong site. The review itself seems malicious in nature. How could the tour took 7 hours and only one site were visited?
Doesn’t respect the deal, tries to and success in stoling you. Awful experience. I will definitely do a bad advertising to that guy in St. Lucia
This review is very dishonest in nature, doesn't state the fact and does not represent in anyway the business where it is posted.
Breath taking, walk was great, it was only $10 EC, they take credit card, the 4 is because the woman kept acting like her internet didn't work and wanted cash. We easily used the internet and just paid on our phone. She also refused to tell us the path or give us a guid of the path. They do have guides there but they cost more, and the hike is short and self explanatory, I heard the guides and well.....BS in what they were staying for tips. The hike is short, sweet, beautiful and worth every second. There is an old original cottage as well with antique items. The piton are lava cones, we boated around the bottom of them and you can smell the sulfur running down them to the ocean. The water even changes there, it is a bit eerie!
