Es ist eine Tour, bei der sich Liebhaber von Geschichte, Politik, Natur und Fotografie treffen. In nur 7 Stunden erkunden Sie die georgische Sahara, die Regenbogenberge, David Gareji Lavra und den See. Schließlich kehren Sie nach Tiflis zurück und beenden die Tour um 17 Uhr.

Traveler's Meeting Point - ist ein kostenloser Ort, an dem Sie neue aufregende Leute treffen, Brettspiele spielen, gute Musik hören oder ein Glas Wein genießen können.
Der erste Ort, an dem Sie anhalten, ist ein Geschäft, in dem Sie Snacks kaufen können. Da es in der Gegend keine guten Restaurants gibt und wir keine Mittagspause haben, sollten Sie sich ein paar Snacks besorgen, um sich nicht zu hungrig und unwohl zu fühlen. Und als nächstes fahren wir zu einem Salzsee, wo wir eine hervorragende Möglichkeit haben, ein paar schöne Fotos zu machen. Der See liegt auf dem Weg nach David Gareji Lavra und die Aussicht ist erstaunlich, um unvergessliche Fotos zu machen. Insgesamt haben wir für den Laden und den See 30 Minuten Zeit.
Nach dem See fahren wir weiter durch das Dorf Udabno, übersetzt als Wüste. Das Gebiet, in das wir reisen werden, ist die einzige Halbwüste Georgiens, und es ist mehr als erstaunlich zu sehen, wie vielfältig die georgische Natur ist.
Am Ende der Fahrt beginnen wir mit der Wanderung zu den berühmten Regenbogenbergen. Das beeindruckendste Merkmal der Landschaft ist das mineralreiche Sedimentgestein, das aussieht, als wäre es mit bunten Streifen bemalt. Es ist möglich, durch die Regenbogenberge zu wandern, die die Besucher mit ihren Farben in Erstaunen versetzen. Wir werden durch die Regenbogenberge wandern, viele faszinierende Bilder machen und uns auf die historische Tour von David Gareji Lavra vorbereiten. Der Klosterkomplex David Gareji ist einer der spirituellsten Orte des Landes. Sie werden die Geschichten des Klosters hören, ein bisschen wandern und einen georgischen Soldaten an der Grenze zwischen Georgien und Aserbaidschan sehen. Es wird angenommen, dass St. David diesen abgelegenen Ort gewählt hat, weil er wollte, dass seine Jünger ein vom Rest der Gesellschaft unabhängiges Leben in Heiligkeit führen.
Nach David Gareji Lavra kehren Sie nach Tiflis zurück und beenden die Tour um 17:00 Uhr.

Tota (Nicholas) was a fantastic guide, he was very knowledgeable about the local history and answered my (many) questions. Zaza drove much safer than your average Marshutka driver and his van had seatbelts which I appreciated. The monastery and rainbow mountains were stunning, well worth the visit!

It was great. Tota was a wonderful guide and the views hiking in the rainbow mountains were spectacular. Zaza, the driver got us there very safely. I would definitely recommend doing this tour if you love nature and a nice hike with a picnic at the end.

Zaza was our driver and Tota (Nicholas) was our guide for the trip and he was fantastic! He led our lovely hike through the rainbow mountains. I do believe maybe 5 more minutes at the rainbow mountains would have been better, but it was very windy, so I understand. There were no big crowds at any of the stops. In fact, there were almost no people on the hike. The hike to the picnic, the ancient monastery, it was all lovely. One of the cutest day trips you can do—quieter, more kinesthetic with the hiking, perfect for someone who would want to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life for a few hours and soak in the landscape and the wind. We had an excellent tour with Tota to Rainbow Mountain. The trip was very informative, and Tota shared a lot of interesting information throughout the day. He was knowledgeable, professional, and always made sure everyone was comfortable and doing well during the journey. We had the best time with our guide Tota ! We were a small group with 5 people and Tota made sure we had the best group spirit. We learned a lot about Georgian history and Tota took us on a very beautiful hike to the best picnic spot. We would definetely do it all over again. Would totally be careful about the weather though, i can imagine it would be very difficult in the summer heat. We had a cloudy day so it was perfect.
