Um 08:30 Uhr trifft Sie unser Guide mit der Markenflagge unseres Unternehmens vor der U-Bahn-Station Avlabari.
Der erste Anblick der Tour, die wir besuchen, ist das Kloster Akhtala. Eine Kirche aus dem 13. Jahrhundert mit schönen Fresken, umgeben von Kupferschmelzhöhlen, einer Kupferschmelzfabrik und der zentralen Verteidigungsanlage des südlichen Teils Georgiens.
Das zweite Ziel der Tour ist das Kloster Haghpat, das sich im Dorf Haghpat befindet und zum UNESCO-Weltkulturerbe gehört. Eines der schönsten mittelalterlichen Meisterwerke Armeniens raubt Ihnen den Atem.
Nach dem Mittagessen besuchen wir das zweite UNESCO-Weltkulturerbe, das Sanahin-Kloster, eines der schönsten Klöster aus dem 10. Jahrhundert. Auf dem Weg zum Kloster Sanahin gibt es drei zusätzliche Haltestellen: eine für die Brücke, die ursprünglich aus dem 12. Jahrhundert stammt und von der Brücke aus sieht man eine Kupferhütte, die die Zeit der Sowjetunion spüren lässt; der zweite Platz ist der Debed Canyon mit einer erstaunlichen Aussicht; die dritte Sehenswürdigkeit Mikoyan Brothers' Museum, das Sie mit Originalflugzeugen MiG 21 in Erstaunen versetzen wird.

It was a really good experience. Anna, our guide, was excellent. She was warm and knowledgeable and brought the monasteries to life. A day well spent.
Meeting information was good. Minibus was comfortable and driving was smooth. The itinerary was varied. Tota gave us a lot of interesting information and was a brilliant guide. Lunch was delicious.

Excellent trip. Armenian border was fast and easy and no so much line. Ana was amazing in her explanation and the lunch at the local family was the highlight.

Day trip to Armenia 🇦🇲 Wow wow wow What a fantastic day trip from start to finish Our host and guide Anna was enthusiastic and very knowledgeable. What an absolute credit she is to her profession. She made the trip extra special. Our traditional home made lunch was absolutely knock out. So much food clearly made with love. The local beer and pomegranate wine (at a small extra cost) was equally palatable Anna’s knowledge of the monasteries and their history was second to none. The drive through the mountains and into the canyon was spectacular and expertly navigated by our driver Vajiko There was even time for a Top Gun Maverick moment with a MiG 21 !!!
