Erleben Sie Wein und Kultur auf dem Tagesausflug in die Region Kachetien. Sie besuchen zwei georgische Weingüter und probieren ihre einzigartigen Produkte, von trockenen Rotweinen bis hin zu süßen Weißweinen. Genießen Sie auch ein traditionelles georgisches frisches Brot und Käse in einer traditionellen Bäckerei. Unterwegs erkunden Sie einige der schönsten und geschichtsträchtigsten Orte Kachetiens, wie z.B. Bodbes St. Nino's Convent Cathedral. In Sighnaghi können Sie die Aussicht auf das Alazani-Tal, das Kaukasusgebirge und die Sighnaghi-Wand bewundern. Es ist eine Verteidigungsanlage aus dem 18. Jahrhundert. In einem familiengeführten Weingut und dem KTW Winery lernen Sie die alten Weinherstellungsmethoden in Georgien kennen. Diese Tour ist ein Muss für alle, die Wein, Natur und Kultur lieben.

Um 08:30 Uhr trifft Sie unser Fortgeschrittener vor dem U-Bahnhof Avlabari mit der Firmenflagge. Er/sie zeigt Ihnen, wo unser Büro ist. Nachdem Sie den Check-in abgeschlossen haben, warten Sie einige Minuten in unserem Büro, bis Ihre Tour beginnt.
Badiauri Dorf ist, wo Sie eine lokale Bäckerei besuchen und leckere georgische Brot und Käse probieren können.
Die zweite Station ist Bodbe Convent. Der Legende nach wurde sie an der Begräbnisstätte des Heiligen Nino errichtet – eines Heiligen für Georgier, die ihre Religion zum Christentum konvertierten. Die Seite ist sehr spirituell und hat beeindruckende Aussichten für schöne Fotos zu machen.
Dann gehen Sie nach Sighnaghi, bekannt als "Die Stadt der Liebe". Sie werden einen Spaziergang in Sighnaghin machen und die "Große Mauer von Georgien" entdecken. Nach der Wanderung können Sie an einem Mittagessen mit herrlichem Blick auf das Alazani-Tal teilnehmen und traditionelle georgische Speisen probieren.
Der vierte Standort des Tages ist ein lokales Familienweingut. In dieser Phase werden Sie eine lokale Familie treffen, die traditionell Wein aus Qvevri herstellt - riesigen Tongläsern, die unter der Erde begraben sind. Sie werden drei ihrer besten Weine probieren - Rkatsiteli, Saperavi und Manavi Mtsvane.
Der letzte Ort, den man tagsüber besuchen sollte, ist das Weingut KTW, einer der größten Weinproduzenten des ganzen Landes. Sie haben eine Tour durch das Weingut, Weinprobe für fünf verschiedene Weine - und sogar Chacha, einen potenten Traubenwodka probieren.

Our day trip to Kakheti with Oko was a memorable experience. The roadside breakfast with Georgian bread & cheese was delicious. Bodbe Monastery was gorgeous and peaceful, and wandering through Sighnaghi with its old city walls and valley views felt straight out of a postcard. Oko kept the history fun and interesting and gave us a wonderful stories and local knowledge. The wine tasting in Kakheti was amazing, Oko showed us the traditional way locals make wine in clay pots and introduced us to some incredible local blends. The whole day felt relaxed and easy and the whole 10 hours was worth it.
