Very confusing arrangement that made us uncomfortable in a city we had never visited before at night. The driver did not know which hotel we needed to go which added to the complications. The car was unmarked and did not have seatbelts. For the price we paid we had expected a more organized operation. Otherwise once we worked out those issues Nico was a pleasant driver and got us to our hotel. Some feedback on how our experience could have been better: 1. Provide a map or guide for pickup. After a long day of travel and arriving at an unfamiliar airport we did not know where to go. The location of places like "hotel shuttle" are poorly marked in the airport and we did not understand the rules of where drivers could go (we were expecting to have the driver come in and get us... this is common at many other airports). 2. Have a sign with our name on it so we can easily identify you and have more confidence that you are our actual driver. Some signage on the car would also be very helpful. 3. When assigning a driver give them all the information provided. It was a little concerning that someone was asking us to get into a car and they could not say where we were going. 4. Provide cars with seatbelts. Visitors may not be comfortable with how traffic works in Ethiopia and it will be a concern when getting into an unfamiliar car especially late at night.
We don't deserve this from you, we wait you at airport and you was late 3 hours and you don't pay us even extra, and after such a wait then you say , you dont want to go with us and we beg you to go with us and we drop yov to the hotel, imagine its mid night , you late more than 3 hours and you dont pay extra, we are human we work for our life to live to eat to help our kids, but you dont considered, our car is comfortable and if you pay v8 you get v8 car, based on what you pay we bring minivan 2020 model van. Decent but could improve when it comes to airport pick ups. Bring a sign and wait inside would have been ideal instead of having clients walk around the parking lot trying to find you. Otherwise, pleasant guy and pleasant trip.

When we arrived over two hours late in Addis Ababa, we certainly did not expect to be met by a happy resident. However, Eshetu was there as planned. He was so concerned for our safety and comfort, and helped us to enjoy our ride to our hotel. The vehicle was spacious and clean and the route was direct.
