We had such a great time on this speedboat and snorkeling tour! Driving the boat through the lagoon was thrilling but still felt safe and well-organized. The snorkeling spot had clear water and plenty of fish to see. Our guide was friendly and made everything easy to follow. Perfect mix of adventure and relaxation definitely a highlight of our cancun trip.
Staff and the adventure itself was great!! Everyone was kind and gave great details, we saw starfish, turtles and so many fish. It was great to just cruise around the lagoon too. We had a small group which made it even better and personalized. It was almost hidden in the Marina next to a hotel and restaurant, but I like these smaller non-tourist areas so much better than the overcrowded experiences. Even made us a video and photos for a low cost. Just follow the directions and it's easy to find. Didn't have a shuttle, but was easily able to use Uber that brought you right to the front of the hotel and you walk around.
Super fun great weather and views and the service was great. Good times for friends, families, couples. Not too long. Highly recommend this trip.
Me and my mom came to Cancun on a whim and didn’t have any plans. We planned this a day in advance of doing so and we LOVED IT. I was nervous about some of the reviews that were left, but I feel like some people are just too picky. The boats have some paint rubbed off of them, but that’s from where they tie them together to stay together when we are all snorkeling. They were fast and very sturdy. All of our guides were very personable, very helpful, and very brave. They will even crack jokes with you! I would absolutely do this again.
We were not able to find the location. There was zero contact information provided. We lost our reservation, and trip advisor support was also unable to be contacted via their web support. Waste of money and extra cost associated with the trip makes it overvalued. Do not recommend this excursion.
If you’re in Cancun, you must take this tour. This tour had great staff. Snorkeling over the reef was unforgettable. The lagoon was perfect.
This tour has it all: adrenaline rushing by speedboats and absolute tranquility when snorkeling in the blue sea of Cancun. I liked that the group was small and everything was well organized. One of the best excursions!
We booked this tour with our kids and it was the highlight of our vacation! The speedboat ride was exciting but very safe — even our youngest had a blast. The snorkeling part was magical: crystal-clear water, colorful fish.
Amaizing! Great hospitality. The guides even helped our son snorkel. Got to see an amazing sun set as well.
The group I felt was too big and disorganized. It took the guide 45 minutes to get everyone life vests and fins because they did it as a group instead of at check in. The snorkeling was very short. 15 minutes or so and there wasn't much to look at. The guides waited until we were already at the snorkeling spot to tell people if they were not strong swimmers to stay in the boat and don't snorkel because the water is choppy. There was no other chances to snorkel for them and they didn't get any type of warning. The jungle tour was blah. You drove the boats slowly through some trees. I wouldn't call it jungle. I always tip tour guides. Good or bad, it's hot they have a long day too whatever. But I also respect people's choices not to tip tour guides, and honestly if I was told not to snorkel after we were already there and had to watch people snorkel, I probably wouldn't have tipped either. But this tour guide was standing in the way of other patrons not letting them off the doc until they did tip. That rubbed me the wrong way. I couldn't tell if he was joking or not but it definitely seemed like he was demanding a tip. One girl said I don't have cash I'll be right back, and he said you better come back with my tip. At that point I wanted to get out there. My boyfriend had fun driving the boat. So that made me happy. But if I had spent more than I did on the tour I would have asked for a refund based on the disorganization, us only getting to snorkel for 15 mins and the rudeness of the tour guide. Jaunito I think his name was.
