Our return trip from the cruise port to our hotel was good. Our driver was very pleasant and on the chatty side, which was fine. The only issue during this drive was an apparent duck family on the interstate that the driver tried to swerve some but stated she struck the baby ducks. While I understand things are unavoidable, I could have done without the commentary of knowing it happened as that’s all I could think about! I know it’s not purposeful or her fault, but I consider it understanding your audience and some things just shouldn’t be announced. Overall a good drive

Our driver Liz Naqvi was great. She got all of our luggage and us into her van and delivered us to our hotel in London right on time.

The driver was 10 mins late, he messaged to inform us at the time we were supposed to be picked up. We booked this service because they mention that they have infant seats available. We requested an infant seat, the company asked how old the infant was and it was confirmed that there would be a car seat. The driver arrived with no car seat. When we asked he replied that we don't need a car seat in taxi's. We felt very uncomfortable having our 19 month old not in a car seat. It was a very long drive. The listing state about 1 hour 40 mins. He said it would be about 2 hours. He stopped for a bathroom break (which we didn't request) and to charge his car. We were sitting in his car ready to go but the car was still charging. The driver was nice and bought us doughnuts..overall it took us 3 hours.

Comfortable ride without worry. London traffic sucks, so at least you get a comfortable ride and don't care about ot traffic

Let me start with our driver was very nice. He was on time, cordial, and friendly. The problem was the vehicle he was driving. We had paid “extra” for a larger Van, since we had 4 adults and 6 pieces of large luggage (don’t ask why we had 6 pieces of large luggage). Most of the larger vehicles we had used in Europe had been a Mercedes V class…..very nice and spacious. This vehicle did not meet that description. It was an older vehicle and not spacious at all. The luggage barely fit in…had to put pieces up front by the driver and the seating was very cramped with little ventilation. And it was about an hour & a half ride. Bottom line, the vehicle did not meet our expectations for the amount of extra money we had paid.

The driver was very professional, very courteous and knowledgeable. I would recommend him, and if I go back to London, I will very happy to have him as my chauffeur

Muhamad was on time and professional. The vehicle was and he drove safely. He had water and was easy to communicate with
