Das zwischen 1666 und 1679 von der Niederländischen Ostindien-Kompanie erbaute Castle of Good Hope gilt als das älteste noch erhaltene Kolonialgebäude Südafrikas – und ist eine deutliche Erinnerung an die komplexe Kolonialvergangenheit des Landes.
Das Rathaus an der Grand Parade ist der größte öffentliche Platz in Kapstadt. Hier stand einst die ursprüngliche Festung, die 1652 von den niederländischen Kolonialisten errichtet wurde. We had a truly wonderful experience with Leon at safari . The day was very well organised, and everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Aquila Safari – Outstanding Experience with Leon My safari trip to Aquila was an incredible experience from start to finish. The scenery was breathtaking, the wildlife sightings were unforgettable, and the overall organisation of the day was excellent. We had a great time on this trip, it’s fantastic if you are short on time in Cape Town because it packs a lot in! We saw all the main sights of the city before heading off to the winery and then on to Aquila. There’s a lot of time in the car but that’s unavoidable if you want to go to Aquila. It was just the two of us on this trip and Leon was an excellent guide!
