Hallo! Ich bin Ihr lokaler Fortgeschrittener und kann es kaum erwarten, Sie auf diese Tour mitzunehmen, denn ich habe viele Geschichten über das Kap der guten Hoffnung, die ich gerne mit Ihnen teilen würde. Abholung von Ihrem Hotel, bevor wir nach Bo-Kaap fahren, wo die farbenfrohen Häuser Geschichten über die reiche kulturelle Vergangenheit Kapstadts erzählen. Von dort aus fahren wir entlang einer der schönsten Küstenrouten der Welt. Erwarten Sie atemberaubende Aussichten, während wir uns langsam auf den Weg zum Kap der guten Hoffnung machen. Dieses Gebiet ist Teil der reichsten Pflanzenfamilie der Welt und optionale Wanderungen werden Ihnen angeboten. Wir werden auch ein paar charmante Küstenstädte erkunden. In Hout Bay haben Sie die Möglichkeit, eine kurze Bootsfahrt nach Duiker Island zu unternehmen, um die Kappelzrobben zu sehen. Dann treffen wir in Simon’s Town die berühmten Afrikanischen Pinguine am Boulders Beach. Auf dem Rückweg nach Kapstadt passieren wir je nach Straßenverkehrsfluss den Muizenberg Beach, der für seine farbenfrohen Strandhütten und Surfstimmung bekannt ist, bevor wir den Tag in Ihrem Hotel ausklingen lassen.

Kurz nach Beginn der Tour, bevor wir die Stadt Richtung Küste verlassen. Wir haben die Möglichkeit, einen kurzen Halt im historischen Bo-Kaap zu machen, um die bunten Häuser zu sehen und ihre lange Geschichte zu entdecken. Ihr Guide wird Sie herumführen, während Sie Fotos machen und mehr über die Geschichte dieses Viertels erfahren.
Am Fuße des Lion's Head Mountain liegt ein wohlhabender Vorort namens Bantry Bay. Bantry Bay ist sehr bekannt für seinen windfreien Status und hat mehr als 250 windfreie Tage im Jahr, was in Kapstadt angesichts des windigen Klimas der Mutterstadt sehr viel ist.
Hoch oben am Berghang liegt ein weiteres opulentes Viertel namens Clifton. Neben den teuren Immobilien ist Clifton auch dafür bekannt, einige der besten Strände in der Nähe von Kapstadt zu haben. Die vier Strände von Clifton, die natürlich durch Granitfelsen in 4 geteilt werden.
Sehen Sie die schönen Beverly Hügel von Kapstadt genannt Camps Bay. Halten Sie kurz inne, um Fotos zu machen und die Aussicht auf die Zwölf Apostel zu genießen.
15 Minuten von Camps Bay entfernt liegt Hout Bay. Eine Stadt, die von Bergen und dem kalten Atlantik umgeben ist. Alle Straßen, die den Verkehr hierher führen, führen über Bergpässe. Bedauern Sie es nicht, Ihre Pässe zurückgelassen zu haben, wenn ein Schild mit der Aufschrift "Welcome to The Republic of Hout Bay" erscheint!
Unsere Reise wird eine Stunde im Hafen von Hout Bay verbringen, wo Sie in ein Boot steigen und eine 40-minütige malerische Reise zu einer Insel unternehmen können, die von mehr als 5.000 Kap-Pelzrobben bewohnt wird. Sie werden die Robben vom Boot aus sehen und wenn Sie keine Lust auf eine Bootsfahrt haben, können Sie etwas Zeit damit verbringen, den Kunsthandwerksmarkt zu erkunden oder sogar einen 10-minütigen Spaziergang zum Hout Bay Beach machen. Bitte beachten Sie, dass dieses optionale Extra die Tour um eine weitere Stunde verlängern kann.
Wenn wir Hout Bay verlassen, fahren wir auf den weltberühmten Chapman's Peak Drive. Eine Bergstraße, die lokal als Chapies bekannt ist. Ein Meisterwerk der Ingenieurskunst! Der Chapman's Peak Drive schlängelt sich 9 km entlang der riesigen Chapman's Peak Mountains, die wie eine Lawine in den Ozean zu fallen scheinen. Sie haben auch die Möglichkeit, Fotos zu machen und die Aussicht auf den Atlantik, die Klippen und die weißen Sandstrände zu genießen.
Am südlichen Ende des Chapman's Peak Drive liegt ein Bauerndorf in Noordhoek. Die weiß getünchten und strohgedeckten Gebäude dienen als Geschäfte, die als Rohsaftläden, Cafés, Bäckereien, Restaurants, Kunsthandwerksläden und Bekleidungsgeschäfte gehandelt werden. Ein kurzer Stopp, um einige davon zu genießen, wird Ihnen angeboten.
Nur 200 m vor dem Naturschutzgebiet Cape Point befindet sich eine Straußenfarm, auf der die Gäste die Möglichkeit haben, entlang der Straße vorbeizuschauen und Bilder von Afrikas größtem Vogel zu machen.
Das Cape Point Naturschutzgebiet ist die Heimat der südwestlichsten Ecke Afrikas (Kap der guten Hoffnung). Die reiche Fauna und Flora macht diesen Ort zu einem Hotspot der Artenvielfalt. Sie können die Aussicht bequem im Fahrzeug oder sogar zu Fuß genießen.
Berühmt die Ecke von Afrika. Wo der Kalte Atlantik und die Indischen Ozeane gemeinsames Gelände haben. Das Kap der Guten Hoffnung ist jedoch nur der südwestlichste Punkt Afrikas. Wanderwege zum Gipfel des Kaps laden zu Aktivitäten und Besichtigungen ein. Auch das Kap der Guten Hoffnung ist eine weitere große Attraktion. Mögliche verschiedene Wanderwege werden Ihnen von hier aus von Ihrem Guide angeboten.
Gehen Sie oder nehmen Sie eine Standseilbahn (auf eigene Kosten) zum drittältesten Leuchtturm Südafrikas, um einen 360-Grad-Blick auf den Nationalpark zu erhalten. Der alte Leuchtturm wurde 1860 vom Stapel gelassen, nur um 40 Jahre außer Dienst gestellt zu werden, und Dutzende von Schiffswracks zu spät, nachdem Studien bewiesen hatten, dass seine Höhe für Seeleute rund um das Kap eine große Gefahr darstellte, da sie ihn bei bewölktem Wetter nicht sehen konnten. Ein neuer Leuchtturm wurde seitdem in viel niedrigerer Höhe gebaut.
Eine weitere ruhige und wohlhabende Stadt an der Küste der False Bay. Die im viktorianischen Stil erbaute Simon's Town beherbergt einige der frischesten Fischrestaurants und bietet die Möglichkeit, eine Stunde lang anzuhalten und etwas zu Mittag zu essen (der Reiseführer kann sich dafür entscheiden, am Cape Point zu Mittag zu essen, je nachdem, wie die Tour verläuft).
Boulders Beach Penguin Colony ist die Heimat von Tausenden der bedrohten Smoking-Schwimmer, dem Afrikanischen Pinguin! Hier werden Sie am Strand spazieren gehen und Nahaufnahmen von einem unserer flugunfähigen Vögel machen. Ihr Guide informiert Sie auch über die aktuellen Angelegenheiten des Pinguins.
Muizenberg Beach ist auch als "The Surfers Corner" bekannt. Leuchtend bunte Wickelhütten am Strand sorgen für ein tolles Fotoshooting. We had a wonderful day with the guide Candy and the driver Litha. They took good care of us and showed us many beautiful places. The two main attractions were Cape of good hope and Boulder Beach. The trip was exciting thanks to frequent short stops at nice places. In addition, we also learned a lot of intering facts and history about Cape Town and South Africa in general. This tour is highly recommended.
If you're sitting on this, book it! I'm not usually a tour person, but I'm so glad I did this. Not only was our guide, Peter, great, but the trip to the Cape was also a highlight of my travels. Even with periods of rain/fog, it was worth it (good moody vibes). There were three solo travelers on the tour, and I would recommend it for other solo female travelers. I do not think you could safely do everything on this tour as a single woman without the group element. If you plan to do the Cape lighthouse hike, wear shoes with good tread. Bring a rain jacket and snacks. Enjoy!

Very nice and complete, but you have barely a few minutes to get off at each place. If they included fewer destinations but with more time, it would be much more worth it. Because as soon as you get off, you take a couple of photos and have to get back on.

The tour brings you nicely to the Cape with enough stops along the way. At the Cape you have little hiking choices. My highlights of the day were the Boulders Beach and a 45min hike at the Cape with beautiful sights.
