Sky Walk bietet Ihnen einen entspannten Einstieg in die Erkundung des Nebelwaldes von Monteverde auf einem 2,5 km langen Rundweg, der sich durch die verschiedenen Ebenen dieses wunderbar vielfältigen Ökosystems schlängelt. Sie wandern tief in diese zauberhaften Tropenwälder hinein, um die Natur aus einer ganz neuen Perspektive zu bewundern. Über Hängebrücken mit uneingeschränktem Blick auf das Blätterdach und vom Waldboden aus auf gut gepflegten Wegen. Die Strecke weist teilweise unebenen Untergrund sowie mehrere Anstiege und Abfahrten auf. Die Hängebrücken von Sky Walk bieten nicht nur eine beeindruckende Aussicht, sie sind auch an sich schon beeindruckend – mit einer Länge von bis zu 236 m (774 ft) und einer Höhe von bis zu 70 m (230 ft). Wanderwege und Hängebrücken werden so angelegt und instand gehalten, dass die Natur so wenig wie möglich beeinträchtigt wird, wobei stets darauf geachtet wird, den Wald für alle darin lebenden Lebewesen intakt zu erhalten. Die Hängebrücken von Sky Walk sind ideal, um die großartige und weltweit anerkannte Artenvielfalt Costa Ricas zu erleben, indem man spazieren geht und die Natur aus verschiedenen Perspektiven bewundert.

Auf dieser Tour haben Sie die Möglichkeit, die Flora und Fauna der Region zu genießen, stets in Begleitung eines unserer fachkundigen Führer. Die Führung dauert zwischen 1,5 und 2 Stunden. Sky Walk erfüllt alle Voraussetzungen für Sicherheit und Vertrauen. Die Brücken wurden so umgebaut, dass sie auch für Menschen mit einer Behinderung zugänglich sind.

I did a tour with Carolina and she was fantastic! She was super knowledgeable, and stayed calm when we came across a monkey that was being very vocal lol. The landscape was so beautiful! I'm so glad I decided to take this tour.

The walk began with our guide, Jason who was very thorough in locating and identifying multiple birds and insects. The pace allowed excellent viewing but wasn’t boring. Upon completion of the guided walk we spent additional time exploring on our own- it was excellent
We felt it was a wasted experience. The guides were disinterested and did not even bother showing any of the flora and fauna. In fact we were told that the telescope was broken- so they could not focus with the scope- and show any of the diverse fauna. All guides in other tours had this. If you do indeed choose this tour- please do not bother with a guide (total waste of money)
Exceptional! Monte verde area is exceptional. The people are very friendly. Highly recommend it!!!!!
The weather was nice and Roberto our tour guide educated us about the healing properties of some plants found in the cloud forest. We saw lots of miniature orchids that are only found in the cloud forest. We also saw a viper snake, a tarantula and lots of birds. The temperature of the cloud forest was very nice and refreshing. I would recommend a guided tour to learn about the forest.

Beautiful walk above the trees. Very cool to walk across the huge hanging bridges. The drive to get there was a drive.. climbing up the mountain and the scenery was beautiful. We loved the walk on the bridges. We did Not see any wildlife tho. Guess it’s not our lucky day.

It was a fascinating tour of the rainforest canopy. It was raining quite hard when we went on our tour so we didn't see much wildlife. The bridges are cool and give a very different perspective on the cloud forest.

Our guide was knowledgeable about plants and trees and the weather was great but there was no wildlife to be seen only saw one bird flying overhead. The tour only lasted about one hour.
