Not a good experience for me. As we arrived at the spot i saw people were fighting because of check in process and one person was checking in thru her phone it takes time while everyone is waiting in cold. There were no line it was not organized. Tables were really close to eachother so people were passing by literally touching your table plus blocking your view so cannot enjoy the show. I felt it was too many people and very congested. Music was good and dancers put the good show. Food service was disaster. I saw waiters were arguing with eachother about the food and keep bringing wrong food to wrong table. They give my partner food and it took them 25 min get my food after we told them couple of times. They keep forgetting my drinks. It was so annoying to remind them again for small thing like a fork or tea. I paid a lot of money for good service and that was not provided and that very reason i should get refund. I told the problem to organizers but i didnt get any response. Overall i will not recommend this. It was waste of money.
Hello, we had a busy evening as it was New Year's Eve, it was a time when we needed to be understanding with each other. As you boarded the boat, you may have noticed that passengers from different boats or unorganized boats wanted to board our boat. We were trying to explain to them that we could not accept people whose names were not on the list. This only delayed your entry and exit by 3 minutes. We have spoken to you many times about your experiences. We offered you some special things as an apology, and you accepted. However, when you returned to your country, you called your bank and requested a refund, claiming that your card was used by someone else, saying that you did not purchase the service, and we are saddened that you commented without waiting for the case to be concluded. Because in addition to your WhatsApp correspondence and the security camera recordings on our boat, your comment here is proof that you have received service.
