Shuttlebus von Wilson und Jomo Kenyatta Airport Nairobi nach Arusha und Moshi

Got me where I wanted to go so good overall. The company arranged a pickup for me at the airport, after which I was driven to where the van departed.

It was a great service. I was reassured that I was able to contact them beforehand on whatapp. We went to the meeting point and from there we were able to get to Arusha with much more peace of mind. The meeting place was told on whatapp. It was hard to tell where to get off in Arusha, so I think it would be nice to have a description.

Everything was great. Great communication and simple. The busses were reasonable size for the price and boarder crossing (dont forget your yellow fever documents) were all nice and simple. Cant reccomend this company enough for their great service.

We drove from Nairobi to Moshi. The trip was supposed to take about 7 hours, but we were delayed by about 1.5 hours. Therefore, do not plan activities on that day. The bus was OK, but definitely not luxury. Keep in mind that you have to pick up the slips at the office, which is located outside the pick-up point. We solved it by calling the person via whats app, at the contact given on the purchased voucher. We picked up the ticket in downtown Nairobi. Several bus companies operate there. Most of them go to Arusha and Moshi in the morning. Even though I'm late, I can recommend this route.

Had a great experience with this company. I missed my connecting flight in Nairobi and wasn’t sure how to get to Arusha- reached out and they were able to arrange me a private shuttle leaving promptly. Driver Joseph was excellent and safe and I had a seamless and enjoyable drive to Arusha- also saw some great scenery and villages which I would have missed on a plane. Price was competitive and way cheaper than a replacement flight. Great work, thank you Marangu shuttles!

Not only the trip was smooth, the company called me a couple of times to make sure the drivers, from my hotel to the pick up point as well as the other way, didn't ask for any extra charge. It was indeed a pleasant surprise. The communication was very clear as well. I'd give them more than 5stars if I could!

They sent a much smaller cramped bus for only 11 of us. For the most part however, the people in the bus were quite nice.

Convenient ride and reliable people. The ride was smooth, no problems on the road, duration of the ride was about 6h from Nairobi to Arusha including stop at the border. Before we got in to the main bus, there was a taxi which took us to the gathering point. It was late a bit, but that didn’t change the time of departure. When the taxi driver was late I texted the company and they told me about the delay, so we were not left alone with nothing. In general contact via What’s app was quick and easy-I could almost any time get an answer. All in all highly recommended company!
