Shuttlebus-Transfer von Hanoi zur Halong-Bucht

Absolutely excellent ! I’m a stressed and anxious traveller and the fact that there are so many similar looking busses makes you nervous when you are being collected and need to meet at the service stops along route. (If you choose a ln excursion that includes toilet breaks). Each stop you get a coloured lanyard with a number so that the driver can see you even if you don’t recognise him. The car number plates are similar too so we took a picture each time to remember. It works very well. This company also sent me a picture of the minivan which would collect me each morning. Great service. Minibus is clean with charging points and water is offered. I also booked this company to take us to Halong Bay and back to Hanoi. I couldnt fault the journey. I booked to drop us back in Hanoi some place to get their taxi to the airport onwards for our next destination. When we got back to Hanoi, the taxi was already waiting at the drop-off point. It really takes the stress away when you are in a strange country and there’s a language barrier. Some journeys included an English speaking person to help.

We had a mixed experience with this service. The good: The bus was comfortable, affordable, and got us to the cruise port on time. The bad: 1) The communication was bad- we did not hear about our pickup time until about 12 hours before they picked us up. 2) We got dropped off at a sketchy rest stop where people tried to pressure us into buying expensive jewelry. Overall: It's a cheap way to get to Ha Long Bay, but know what you are getting yourself into.

Anyone who is thinking of any transportation from Halong Bay cruise terminal must seriously consider using the service from this company. Layla, the customer service who handled my transportation need, is so flexible in adjusting the time for my stringent cruise schedule. Also, we encountered morning peaked traffic hours on our way back from Hanoi to the cruise terminal. Layla immediately informed us of the situation and executed plan B by sending another vehicle to pick us up. Meanwhile, she chatted with us via WhatsApp and we didn’t worry a bit and reached our cruise in time.

Great trip. Li was the "guide " and was very funny. They were a bit late to the pick-up but this was due to Hanoi morning traffic

Very good trip. So much fun with speedboat and bamboo boat. We really enjoyed this trip in halong bay. Definitely recommend.

Everything is excellent from operater, tour guide, driver. The operator will contact you in advance to ask for your pick-up point and drop-off point. Very easy!!!

The bus was very clean and new. I had a great time during the trip. Staff will inform the pick up time 1 day before departure

Very comfortable and punctual. I will use again. The water was welcome and so was the rest stop at a nice stop with restrooms and food/snacks.
