Humorvolle Präsentation der Stadt Salzburg ohne langatmige Monologe über Details - in 90 bis 120 Minuten hat man alles wichtige gesehen und kann sich dann den persönlichen Highlights später in Ruhe widmen.

Reiseverlauf
Die Route führt durch die lebendige Linzer Gasse zur Salzach, über die Staatsbrücke am Fluss entlang zum Mozartplatz. In der Altstadt besuchen wir alle prominenten Plätze wie den Alten Markt, den Universitätsplatz, die Hofstallgasse sowie den Domplatz und Kapitelplatz. Danach geht es hinaus ins Grüne durch die Kaigasse und über den Kajetanerplatz. Über den geschichtsträchtigen Krauthügel geht es am Almkanal zum pittoresken Leopoldskroner Weiher, bekannt aus Sound of Music. Hier ist ein kurzer Foto-Stopp ein Muss, bevor wir zum Stift Nonnberg (SoM) aufbrechen. Von hier aus fahren wir weiter den Mönchsberg entlang, an der Festung Hohensalzburg vorbei und gleiten zu den schönsten Aussichtspunkten am Berg: Der Richterhöhe und dem Museum der Moderne, wo uns die 1000 Dächer der Stadt zu Füßen liegen. Nach dem Berg durchqueren wir mittelalterliche Gässchen, fahren entlang der Salzach zu unserem letzten Stop und Foto-Finish, dem Schloss Mirabell & Garten, bevor wir zum Startpunkt zurückkehren.

great sightseeing segway tour but dont expect historical briefings. Harolds rider training was good but maybe it would be marinally improved if he reminded riders that "I am this wide!" as my first segway trainer emphasised. Minor point only in all an excellent tour.
The experience was a lot of fun. Our tour guide Ben was fun and had some fun humor as well. I highly recommend doing this type of tour, it's like riding a bike. Once you use a Segway for the first time, you never forget.
Fantastic way to see the city Ben, our guide, taught us all we needed to know to ride safely and was extremely informative about the city and it’s history
We were traveling with Ben on 03.07.25. It was an absolute experience. The briefing at the office is absolutely professional and yet you already have fun. The tour was super interesting and entertaining. You can also ask "extra-touring" questions about things that catch your eye when driving by. Ben has an enormous knowledge of Salzburg and the history of the city. This is not only memorized for the respective location but lived with passion and interest. We had a lot of fun and and by the way we learned a lot. Definitely 5/5 points with golden star!
Salzburg has so many interesting “nooks and crannies” to explore and this Segway tour covers so much in the 2 hour tour. It would take all day to walk the same distance. We saw beautiful parks, nice residential neighborhoods, a small lake, followed paths through open fields, a brief tour in the old town and then up the hill to near the castle, then weaved through the paths and streets on the hill, then down again into the old town, and back to the headquarters. We did a walking tour of the old town the day before, and this Segway tour is an excellent compliment, not a repeat of the walking tour. Highly recommended!
Our guide, Sophia did a very good job of guiding us. We went well out of town and into some beautiful areas of nature, then back into the center of old town and up to the castle for some fabulous views. Back down and across the bridge into new town for more nice views and getting lots of interesting information about what we were seeing. A great and fun way to cover a lot of ground and learn about a new city.
