Diesmal führt die Tour über eine andere, landschaftlich reizvolle Route nach Mondsee. Besuchen Sie in der malerischen Kleinstadt die Hochzeitskapelle von Trapp. Lassen Sie sich den Apfelstrudel nicht entgehen, bevor Sie nach Salzburg zurückkehren und dem Soundtrack lauschen.

Beginnen Sie Ihre Original Sound of Music-Tour vorbei an der wunderschönen historischen Stadt Salzburg, die zum UNESCO-Weltkulturerbe gehört
Genießen Sie die atemberaubende Aussicht bei einem Fotostopp am Leopoldskroner See, der das Schloss Schloss Leopoldskron widerspiegelt, wo die berühmte Bootsszene gedreht wurde.
Der nächste Fotostopp ist der historische Garten von Schloss Hellbrunn. Besuchen Sie den Pavillon „16 macht 17“, der im Film für die Kussszene von Lisl von Trapp und ihrem Schatz Rolf verwendet wird.
Nach dem Stadtteil geht es nun in die Seenplatte, vorbei am Fuschlsee in Richtung Wolfgangsee, wo Panoramaaufnahmen gedreht wurden. Genießen Sie bei einem kurzen Fotostopp oberhalb der Stadt St. Gilgen die Aussicht auf den Wolfgangsee und die atemberaubende Alpenkette
Die malerische Route führt weiter nach Mondsee, wo Sie eine Stunde Zeit zur freien Verfügung haben. In dem malerischen Städtchen haben Sie die Möglichkeit, die berühmte Basilika St. Michael zu besichtigen, in der die Hochzeit von Maria und Baron von Trapp gedreht wurde. Es ist auch Zeit für eine kurze Kaffeepause oder für einen Snack, während Sie die Stadt auf eigene Faust erkunden.

Hallstatt is a beautiful village & well worth visiting. We had an excellent guide and it was great to get to Hallstatt before the crowds showed up. The Original Sound of Music tour was as musical, cheerful & enjoyable as you'd hope for. Kylie is an energetic & fabulous tour guide!

The guides and drivers on both of the tours were amazing.
We loved both of our tour guides on our Panorama tours! For the Spind of Music tour, our guide was an enthusiastic super fan that enjoyed telling us many details of the filming of the Sound of Music. It was very fun, and we felt that it covered all the things we wanted to see. Our tour of Hallstatt was also guided by a charming gentleman who gave us an interesting overview of the area as we drove through the countryside. The stop in Hallstatt felt a bit long, but we took the boat, and that gave us some lovely photos. Would recommend it. The Spund of Music tour basically took us back out to the same general area. Had I know were we be driving the same-ish route twice, I might not have done them same day.

Bring an umbrella. Be able to walk long distances. The scenery was amazing. It was amazing to see the Sound of Music sites.

This is an amazing trip and worth every penny. The first part of the tour was going to Hallstatt, where we had a few hours to look around and have something to eat. It is hard to find the words just how beautiful Hallstatt is, it is a must to visit. Johannas our guide, was so Informative. We arrived back to our pick up point to change our coach and started the sound of music tour. This was the 2nd part and as you can imagine very lively, Simon our guide was very funny, knowledgeable and got us singing some songs. The Afternoon was really wonderful seeing some of the film locations and the stories behind them. Doing both tours is a long day but it was really worth it. We came away feeling like we had learnt and seen so much throughout the day.

The experience itself was good, the bus is nice and the itinerary to Hallstatt was great. Our tour guide, SUSI (Susie) was HORRIBLE ABD RUDE. She was deliberately picking on folks who were asking questions and ridiculing them! I was not targeted by her but I watched the disgusting behavior on others!!! This is just outrageous and unimaginable in a customer-centric industry. Driver was great, everything else was fine. Thanks.

The Hallstatt trip was amazing and an experience one should not miss! Truly wonderful. The sound of music tour was very disappointing. DO NOT DO IT. You can’t get close to the Von Trapp house or the abbey. Not even a picture can you take because they just pass by them from very far. You make 2 stops but you have NO TIME to do anything at the second stop which is the church where they get married. They park the bus so far that you have to walk at least 10 minutes to get to the church and then you are left with no time to do much at all. We looked at the church for less than 5 minutes and we were rushing to the bus hoping we don’t miss it because we wanted to get one ice cream cone. Could’nt see the gift shop or pose for a professional photo (as recommended) or see the lake up close or eat a strudel (as recommended). We had to wait in line to get ice cream and barely made the bus. All people with us were in the exact same situation. This sound of music tour is misleading and so disappointing and not well timed at all. I am thinking to ask for a refund since we didn’t even get to see the house. My kids and I were beyond disappointed. It is truly 100% false advertising to lure you to buy a ticket and calling it a “Sound of music” tour. Nothing you see is up close except for the Gazebo, the church and the Mirabell gardens, which ANYONE can see without a tour.

The travellers should know about the possibilities to experience Hallstadt and the Sound of music tour because it is the place where european history was settled and besides there are a lot of opportunities for tourism and to relax.
