Our driver was on time, very professional, and a good driver. He shared some information about Iceland with us.
The driver did not show up. We could cracked the company. They did not know why he was not there So they called him and found out h had technical cal difficulties. No one could contacted us. They did say they would reimburse us. He had to find a cab and pay more for the transfer from the Port to the Airport.

We informed you as soon as we became aware that the driver had experienced an unexpected technical issue with the vehicle. Unfortunately, despite our efforts, we were unable to arrange alternative transportation in time. A full refund was issued to you immediately. We also guided you directly to the taxi company located at the port so that you could continue to the airport without further delay. We completely understand how stressful the situation was and sincerely apologize that we were unable to provide the transfer as originally planned. Although the technical issue was unforeseen and outside our immediate control, we recognize the inconvenience it caused and are truly sorry for your experience. Unfortunately, the day before we received a map location for the pickup but the driver was inside the terminal. It took us a while to find him.
The service level was not at what’s promised. At the cruise terminal during the disembarkation, there were a lot of people waiting for their transportation. There were also buses, taxis, and private transports like this one that we booked in front of the terminal. It was promised that the driver would meet us in the arrival hall holding a sign with my name so we can easily find the driver. It was not even close. I got a call from the driver, who was obviously a last minute substitute, who told us to go outside and look for his car because he didn’t want to come into the pickup/drop off area with so many cars around. He said the taxi line was long and it would take 20 minutes to get out. I didn’t understand why he mentioned taxi as we ordered a private transport. Okay, we went outside as told and in the chaos it took us almost 15 minutes to find his car, a sedan that’s not the normal private transport company would use, more like a Uber. I was on the phone with the driver and his direction wasn’t clear where to find him as we weren’t local people and had no idea which road was which. Long story short, we finally found each other and he did drive us to the airport quickly and safely afterwards. The end was good but the experience was far from expected/promised so I could not consciously give it a high rating. If you are booking a private transport from the cruise terminal to the KEF airport, please keep in mind that this could happen. To be fair, I must mention I also used the same company for the transport from the airport to the cruise terminal a week earlier (same one in Viator). The driver Sorin was excellent! He provided great service and we chatted all the way to the cruise port. That was the level of service we’d expect coming back from the cruise port. Unfortunately, it was not. The driver was not friendly at all and it was an awkward ride. I guess it all depends on who the driver is.
On time with great follow up with current arrival status . Also made sure Van could easily accommodate all of our luggage and 4 passengers.

The driver arrived ten minutes early and that was an unexpected gift of time. The driver was very professional and the whole experience was delightful.

Saif was very friendly and kept in communication with us as we landed and made our way through security. It was very nice to not have to worry about our transportation after a long flight.
We left or cruise ship at 5.30 AM and booked this transfer to ensure a timely transfer to the airport. It worked perfectly.
