Giorgos is an excellent guide. We saw beautiful beaches, towns, and villages. He described interesting facts and history of all the places. He was totally flexible when I wanted to spend more time some places, when I wanted to eat, when I wanted to rest, what I wanted to see. I enjoyed talking with him. Giorgos also is a skillful and careful driver. The car was comfortable, clean, and air conditioned. Communication through Viator was odd. Viator insisted the scenic tour started at midnight. The tour operator clarified that the tour started at 9am, but still Viator wrote the voucher for midnight. I was required to give my passport number and my flight, even though my flight was days after the tour.
It's really reliable service! Even though our flight was delayed for 4 hours the manager quickly responded and found a person to drive us to our destination. Thank you for that! I can't describe how comfortable and refreshing the drive was. Good air conditioning, nice cars, and polite drivers. We also booked this service on our way back!

I was extremely satisfied with my first (and for sure not last!) experience with CreteCab. My initial order done simply on the Company's website for a transfer from Heraklion airport to my hotel nearby. I had then to modify itmy booking for a transfer directly to Rethymon on the previous day and Yannis to whom I talked over the phone to explain the change has been extremely professional. In few minutes, I had the new voucher/confirmation in my mailbox. Our additnal e-mail exchanges on the hotel address, etc were as professional and friendly. Since there was a nice promotion on a more luxury car, I took advantage for this one hour transfer. Georges, my driver was waiting for me at the airport with a clear sign with my full name. He spoke to the hotel manager to have the confirmation of the hotel's exact location in the historical center of Rethymnon and drove me safely to my destination. Above all he has been a very friendly and knowledgable taxi driver and we had a very pleasant conversation all way. No need to mention that the car was extremely clean with a welcome bottle of freh water after my 3 hours flight. A great and pleasant experience, as I am very often used to in this enchanting country and island. Efharisto Poli ! 200% Recommended :)
