Travelled with family to Rajasthan, Jaisalmer tour for 5days. I would say it was totally hastle free and great experience with Namaste holiday package overall. Accomodation: All the hotels booked were great and family friendly. Breakfast served was great at all hotels. Specially tent and camping experience at Sam sand dunes was great. Travel and Cab: The vehicle provided was well maintained. Driver was supportive and helpful. Cost: I felt the price quotation for the entire Package was also reasonable considering peak season. Our recently concluded 13 Days / 12 Nights Rajasthan tour (19th–31st December) was nothing short of memorable, meaningful, and deeply fulfilling — and a large part of the credit goes to Namastae Holidays. The journey covered Jaipur – Ranthambhore – Pushkar – Bikaner – Jaisalmer – Jodhpur – Mount Abu – Udaipur, but what truly stood out was not just the destinations, rather the way the entire experience was thoughtfully curated and flawlessly executed. The planning process began as early as August, and over two weeks of detailed discussions, agreements, disagreements, refinements, and re-planning, Dinesh Ji (Proprietor, Namaste Holidays) and his son Pradeep patiently worked with us to lock the final itinerary. What impressed me most was Dinesh Ji’s humility, calm approach, and genuine intent to understand our needs. I had spoken to multiple operators before finalizing, but it was his politeness, transparency, and experience from Day 1 that set him apart. Once the plan was locked, there was absolutely no looking back. The entire process thereafter was simple, effortless, and reassuring. Rajasthan had always been a dream destination for my parents — especially my mother. This was also our first family trip together, and I couldn’t have asked for a better partner to entrust this responsibility to. Despite being a year-end peak season with exorbitant pricing, every rupee spent felt worth it. (Though I would strongly suggest travelers plan either early December or post Jan 10th for more economical rates.) Beyond the itinerary, the biggest surprise I managed to plan for my parents was their first-ever Hot Air Balloon ride. I had my own apprehensions initially, but the way Dinesh Ji planned and executed the entire experience was exceptional. Another moment that reassured me completely — Dinesh Ji personally welcomed us on Day 1 at the hotel and stood by us during a delayed early check-in process. With my parents traveling, this support felt extremely assuring. From that moment on, I knew the trip was in safe and reliable hands. One other exceptional thing that i found from Dineshji was his flawless execution, at places like Jaipur, Jodhpur, Jaisalmer the major attractions, Guides were arranged which was not discussed as part of original discussions, but he ensured there were Govt. affiliated guides through out these major attractions who could walk us to the rich heritage for the local significant locations Seeing my parents tick off so many first-time experiences during this trip is something I’ll always cherish. Planning is one thing; execution is where most trips fail. And this is where Namaste Holidays completely exceeded expectations. - From Day 1, Mr. Bajrang Singh Rathore, our chauffeur for all 13 days, made an incredible difference. - Some things that deserve special mention: - Impeccable punctuality and commitment - The SUV was spotlessly clean every single day - More than a chauffeur, he was a knowledgeable guide, explaining the cultural and historical significance of places - He thoughtfully planned breaks and rest stops, ensuring my parents never felt exhausted - He went above and beyond the itinerary, accommodating special requests like paramotoring in Jaisalmer and blackbuck spotting in Jodhpur - Most touching of all — he read my father’s pulse perfectly and never missed stopping at 10:30 AM and 3:00 PM, no matter the situation, to ensure my father got his favorite chai These small, human gestures are what turn a trip into an experience. There’s always a debate — self-planning vs travel planners. Having experienced this, my verdict is clear. With someone as experienced as Dinesh Ji, everything from driving, parking, entry and exit logistics, pickups, drop-offs, and even sneaking in power naps between check-ins and check-outs becomes seamless. Handling all of this on your own, especially with parents, is not just stressful — it takes away from the joy of travel. On a scale of 10, I confidently rate Namastay Holidays a strong 9/10. I already have a few future recommendations lined up for Dinesh Ji, and I wouldn’t hesitate to travel with them again. During our return journey, our flight was cancelled due to the recent Indigo issue. Dinesh ji from Namaste Holiday welcomed us with flowers and full heart. All hotels booked by them were very warm and comfortable. After that, responsibility was with Mr. Bajrang for next 7 days to be our driver and guide, and we had a wonderful experience. I spent 5 days in Jaipur during the Holi festivities. We wanted to see has much as possible in a short time limit. Namaste Holiday was a great partner to do so.
