Quebec City: Doppeldecker Express Tour

Excellent information and quite different from our cruise tour! Loved seeing residential neighborhoods,

Bring a poncho/raincoat. Do not open umbrellas. Umbrellas are useless on the 2nd level😁. Had a great time.

This was not the hop on hop off bus tour. It was a one hour tour with no stops. Perfect introduction to the city. There was no live guide but that didn't matter. Many language options on the audio. We highly recommend.

We had an absolutely amazing experience with this company, and what makes it even more special is that it started as a complete disaster! Our hotel concierge gave us the wrong information, so we ended up waiting for the bus in the wrong location for hours and completely missed our tour. While we were waiting, we happened to meet a tour guide from the same company who was walking home after work. His name was Antoine Saint-Pierre, and we recognized the company logo on his hat and T-shirt. We started talking to him, and Antoine was absolutely incredible. Even though he was already off the clock, he took the time to help us figure out where we needed to go, how to reschedule our tour, and where to catch the bus the next day. He truly went above and beyond to help complete strangers. And it didn’t stop there. The next day, the manager and our bus driver were also absolutely wonderful. What started as a frustrating and disappointing day turned into one of the highlights of our trip. Sometimes the best part of traveling isn’t the tour itself, but the people you meet along the way. Antoine reminded us that there are still genuinely kind people who will go out of their way to help others, even when they don’t have to. Antoine, you deserve a raise! Or better yet, you should be managing this company! 😊 At the very least, I hope your manager knows how valuable you are. Thank you to Antoine, the manager, the driver, and the entire team for turning a disaster into a beautiful experience. We will remember the tour, but we will remember the kindness even more. ❤️

This was a fantastic way to see the city and get around as we were trying to decide where and how to spend our time. It's clean, comfortable, and perfect on these great summer days in Quebec City. We did this early in our trip and learned where we wanted to go back and spend time later in the week. They provide earbuds with recorded information of each area. Generally interesting and nice. 1.5- 2 hours rountrip if you don't get off. Do this the first time! CRITICAL NOTE: Buy your ticket in advance on Trip Advisor and have the receipt when you first get on the bus. They will NOT sell you tickets as you onboard and it holds up everything.

There were 5 of us (3 adults, 2 children), including an intergenerational family, so it allowed everyone to avoid walking in Old Quebec. I recommend it to avoid walking and to see the main points of interest. Duration is about 1h15 and no stops because it is an express package and it is ideal for children. It goes by faster. Everyone loved it, thank you, but be aware that it is an audio guide, so there is no guide on site.

This bus tour was very informative and took in much more of QC than we thought possible in an hour. Some of the seats' speakers aren't as clear as others so don't be afraid to switch seats to get a clearer sound, the commentary is well worth listening to!

My family and I decided to tour the city in a different way. Usually, we would walk around and go to each site. However, we wanted to see the upper and lower parts. Taking the bus sounded fun. It was! We saw all the best sites in both areas, and did not have to tire ourselves out. Additionally, the guide provided a wealth of great history and information. We had such a great time. Sadly, it rained on and off. However, not in the best spots, and when we were dropped off at Upper Old Quebec, we could enjoy the area and have a great time slowly walking around and down.

Not able to choose 5 on my I phone, that is why I chose it 4. We loved our time in Quebec City. I would not recommend the bus tour, too much time, sitting in traffic, listening to elevator music on the headphones. I realize the traffic is not the fault of the bus operator, but I would’ve liked less elevator music and more information
