Amazing experience for animal lovers. We had a lot of time with the monkeys who were super cute and got to learn a lot about them. The entire staff was very nice and fun and you can tell they really care for the monkeys. Make sure you come in clothes you don’t care about as you do get pretty dirty from the monkey’s paws and fruit they eat. The monkeys do jump on you a lot! But again, it’s very fun if you love animals and are welcome to holding them/ having them sit on your head. Special shout out to our favorite monkey Gringo :) We will definitely be back!

Amazing experience. They teach you about the various monkeys they have - many of them rescues. Answered any questions I have. And the best part is interactive experience. Come on cloths you don’t mind monkeys running and climbing on, you may get a little dirty (they are monkeys and it’s apart of the experience)!!! They also have photo packages for purchase, non-alcohol and alcoholic drinks. Over all a great! Definitely returning!!! Shout out to Josue and crew for providing an amazing experience!

So, clearly upfront: The experience with the monkeys is great. The monkeys seem lively, actively seek contact with the guests, you can hardly get away from them :) (Tip: definitely wear old clothes and plan a shower at the hotel afterwards, you will be covered from head to toe in fruit and all other kinds of liquids. Not a criticism, but an important piece of advice. The staff was nice and friendly and the atmosphere in the small group was good. Now for the catch: The prices. The admission is already not cheap, but you know that when booking. After entering, you are immediately sent to the souvenir shop where excessively overpriced prices are charged. Optional of course, you do not have to buy anything. Drinks are also offered optionally, you do not have to accept them either, but they are also very expensive there. 20€ for a Piña Colada? Phew. But even then, we are not at the actual problem. During the first part of the visit, you are not allowed to take photos, your cell phone is locked in a locker, and staff members take care of the photography. Many photos and videos are taken that you can then buy at the end, according to the information. So far so good, not unusual. But in the end, when the sometimes really beautiful pictures were shown to us and we had picked out our favorites, the price shock came: 75€ per person (150€ for us as a couple) for the few unedited, digital photos. We declined because it was too expensive for us; there was no negotiating, only the offer that we could choose individual photos for 25€ per picture instead of the package. If they had stated the prices right away, we would have saved ourselves the trouble of shooting great photos. In our travel group (the two of us, and 7 strangers), the mood was significantly worse afterwards; the prices somewhat clouded the actually beautiful moments with the animals, especially since the friendliness of the photo team decreased significantly after the group packages were all clearly rejected. Whoever is willing to pay the price will have a nice experience and nice souvenir photos. For those for whom that is too expensive, be aware that in the end, only the few pictures remain that you can take yourself, but these cannot be nearly as good as the expensive, purchasable ones, since the whole group sits closely in a circle and individual photos are therefore excluded. We were 8 people. If everyone had bought the recordings, the photographer would have earned 8x150€, so 1200€. For about 1.5 hours of snapping, without post-processing, digital only. So please... I think a different pricing model would lead to more sales and thus still sufficient revenue.

Very beautiful experience, I liked a lot that it was a sanctuary, the monkeys are not in cages, they are free, they give them fruit so they stay with you, it is not an obligation, they are free, I totally loved the experience
