Danilo was an amazing Driver! He drove us safely to our resort and also safely on our way back to the airport. We encountered some aggressive drivers on the road and he managed to de-escalate the situation with peace. He drove very carefully and we felt very safe with his driving. He is very punctual, respectful and friendly 🥰 I highly recommend their services 🥰 ¡Danilo era un conductor increíble! Nos llevó con seguridad a nuestro complejo y también con seguridad en nuestro camino de regreso al aeropuerto. Nos encontramos con algunos conductores agresivos en la carretera y logró reducir la situación con paz. Él condujo con mucho cuidado y nos sentimos muy seguros con su conducción. Él es muy puntual, respetuoso y amable 🥰. Recomiendo encarecidamente sus servicios. 🥰

Amazing service! My husband wanted a beer while we waited the couple of minutes for the car and they ran and got one from the airport. Our driver, Danilo was awesome! He pointed out some cool thing on the way to the resort and was a safe and courteous driver. We got the SUV and it was clean and in good shape.
Our transportation was behind and made us miss an event. I prepaid with plenty of time. They apologized but my event was missed. Hopefully we will not miss our flight when it's time to leave

We had an amazing experience with this company. Miguel Vienna was our driver. He was prompt in picking us up from the airport we didn’t have to wait at all. It was muy caliente, and he had cold water for us. Our resort was an hour away and we felt as though he was a safe driver. We will use the service again to return to the airport not be also curated the music to our American taste lol.
After we arrived at the pick up, we had to wait 15 minutes then they told us to walk off to a main road to wait for the pick up. Mind you we had all our bags, our 6 year is and a stroller with our 17 month old. We then still waited an additional 10 minutes on the side of the road. When the van finally arrived, there was no child car seat as I requested, I had to hold my baby on my lap on the way to the resort.
Good transportation service.. great communication, but van had an annoying wheel problem sound but all else was good.
Amazing service to and from our hotel-airport in punta Cana! They were very reliable, on time with pick up and drop off and really nice luxury SUVs with AC :) if you need a car service for your next trip definitely book with them!! Awesome. 5 stars.
