Stop 1: Natürliche Höhle mit kristallklarem Wasser Tauchen Sie ein in ein erfrischendes Erlebnis in einer versteckten Höhle inmitten der Natur. Hier können Sie im kühlen, kristallklaren Wasser schwimmen – perfekt für unvergessliche Fotos und magische Momente. Es ist ein idealer Ort, um abzuschalten und eine reine, natürliche Umgebung zu genießen.
Stop 3: Macao Beach Wir beenden die Tour mit einem Highlight – einem der schönsten und unberührtesten Strände in Punta Cana: Macao Beach. Hier können Sie sich entspannen, am Ufer entlang schlendern oder einfach die atemberaubende Karibiklandschaft genießen. Sie haben auch Zeit für Fotos, und wenn Sie möchten, können Sie einen Drink oder Snack direkt am Meer kaufen.
Stop 2: Traditionelles Dominikanerhaus Erleben Sie einen kulturellen Moment in einem authentischen dominikanischen Landhaus. I booked an excursion with this company in Punta Cana to celebrate my partner’s birthday. It was meant to be a highlight of our trip. Instead, it turned into a complete waste of time and money. We were given a confirmed pickup time at our resort. We were ready early and waited in the designated area. No one ever showed up. No call. No text. No message. Nothing. After waiting well past the pickup window, we tried contacting the company multiple times through every method provided. Responses were nonexistent. There was zero urgency, accountability, or customer care especially unacceptable for a paid, scheduled service. This wasn’t a minor inconvenience. This was a birthday plan that could not be replaced last-minute. When you’re on vacation, time is the most valuable thing you have and this company wasted ours completely. What makes this worse is that we are still waiting on a refund for a service that was never provided. At no point did we cancel. They simply failed to show up. There is no justification for holding onto our money. If you’re considering booking with this company, be aware: • Confirmations mean nothing. • Pickup reliability is questionable. • Communication is poor when problems arise. • Refunds are not handled promptly or professionally. There are plenty of excursion companies in Punta Cana. Choose one that values your time, your money, and your experience. Unfortunately, this one does not. I would not recommend this company to anyone especially for special occasions.

Unfortunately, on the day of your scheduled tour, we experienced an unexpected system failure that affected our communication and dispatch operations. This issue caused serious disruptions, including missed pickups and delayed responses, which is absolutely not the standard of service we strive to provide. While this explains what happened, we fully acknowledge that it does not undo the inconvenience or disappointment you experienced. For that, we offer our sincerest apologies. We take full responsibility for this failure and have already taken corrective steps to ensure this does not happen again. We genuinely regret that your celebration was impacted and appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve our services. Everything was nice. The cave was just very crowded. Couldn’t get an opportunity to get in, but we definitely enjoyed everything other than that.
