For your group, we suggested a 2+2 schedule because we wanted to avoid having one person wait. We recall that you accepted this arrangement. Your Turkish hammam session was held in a private hammam reserved exclusively for your group. However, the sauna, steam room, and pool are shared facilities, and this information is clearly stated in the package details on our online booking platforms (including Viator). That said, the shorter massage durations, the early end to the hammam session, and the overall experience not meeting your expectations are unacceptable to us. We are reviewing these issues and implementing necessary improvements.
