Mit dieser Rundreise können Sie ganz einfach die Elefantenschutzgebiete von Wildlife SOS entdecken. Anstatt auf örtliche Busse warten zu müssen, beinhaltet die Reise einen Hin- und Rücktransfer direkt von Ihrem Hotel in Agra. Beobachten Sie anschließend im Elephant Care Sanctuary Elefanten in ihrer natürlichen Umgebung und erfahren Sie mehr über die örtlichen Naturschutzbemühungen. Indiens erstes und einziges Elefantenschutz- und Pflegezentrum (ECCC) wurde 2010 im Distrikt Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, in Zusammenarbeit mit der Forstbehörde von Uttar Pradesh gegründet. Das Hauptziel der Einrichtung des Zentrums war die Rehabilitation schwer misshandelter und ausgebeuteter Elefanten. Das ECCC ist mittlerweile die Heimat von über 30 geretteten Elefanten und ist eine lebendige Bildungsplattform zum Thema Naturschutz, um die öffentliche Wahrnehmung zu ändern und den Schutz von Elefanten zu unterstützen. Alle Elefanten im ECCC wurden aus extremer Not gerettet.

A moving and touching walk in this elephant care center. It is possible to approach them very closely in calm and respect. This visit is fun, it explains the many abuses they still suffer today as in circuses, zoos and tourist places. We are invited to take action to protect its magnificent creatures. I highly recommend this visit!
Everything top, from preparation to execution. The delayed pickup due to a lot of traffic was reasonably communicated and managed. Everything went smoothly from pickup. Driving was completely satisfactory for India.
Travelling with Max's "The Max Voyager" agency to the elephant centre was a wonderful experience I would definitely do again. Seeing the elephants was such a unique and wonderful experience. Every animal has its own story and after your visit, you will definitely have new perspectives that will make you think. As for the taxi drive, there are no hidden costs. The price you agree on, is the price you pay. (Entry fee to wildlife centre was Not included in our option). The taxi driver that brought us to the sos elephant wildlife sanctuary was very friendly. Also Max was always available for any questions and he have us many different options on how to plan the trip
