Ride never showed up so I payed $95 for nothing and ended up having to spend $200 on a taxi at the airport

Flight UA2030 was scheduled to land at 16:00 and pick up was set at 1630 hrs, and the driver had to go out as the airpot authorities just allow them to be up to 15 minutes. Right after you called us, at 17:08 pm, we had the driver to come back to the margaritaville and when he got there, at 17:23 hrs, you had already taken a taxi. We made the effort to provide the service, we are sorry that you ended up paying a taxi.. As compensation, please text us to +52 998 277 2890 to claim a complimentary transfer... Best regards!

At first the company was very quick to respond and accommodate our trip which was awesome! Then we sent them a message (7am) the day of that our flight got delayed and we would be arriving a lot later than planned, they responded (8am) and said that would be no problem. Then at 9pm they responded that they would not be able to pick us up, if they would have told us that initially we would have made other arrangements no problem but they decided to wait until the end of the day when we couldn’t make any arrangements to inform us they couldn’t pick us up,
Dear Ricardo. We offer you an apology for the inconvenience once more. This is the high season and the main reason we failed to provide your arrival transfer was due to the delays that are result of the ongoing works on the road that are out of out control. We did manage to adjust the pick up time when your flight was delayed for a couple of hours, but you ended up arriving until midnight. We did our best effort and when we realized we could not provide the service, we immediately issued a refund so you could find another way to get to the hotel. The driver wasn’t there when I arrive. I had to call to see where the car is. I had to wait 20 mins before he showed up.
