Flughafen Istanbul (IST) : Nachdem Sie die Ankunftsetage verlassen haben, gehen Sie zu Gate 14 und suchen Sie nach dem G61-Schild. Dort warten unsere Mitarbeiter – bitte geben Sie bei der Ankunft Ihren Namen für die Reservierung an. Flughafen Sabiha Gökçen (SAW): Verlassen Sie die Ankunftsetage und finden Sie Kolonne 13, von der aus Sie das Schild G - 055 sehen. Das ist unser Treffpunkt. Unsere Mitarbeiter stehen Ihnen gerne zur Verfügung; nennen Sie einfach Ihren Namen der Reservierung. Bei Abflug (Hotel zum Flughafen) werden die Gäste gebeten, mindestens 15 Minuten vor der geplanten Zeit am Abholpunkt bereit zu sein. Der Fahrer wartet am Standort, und Verspätungen können die Verfügbarkeit des Transfers beeinträchtigen.

Disaster to start with. Told a sign bearer would wait at Gate 14. Alas, no gate 14. A tout suggested Gate 13. At 13 there was a sign but no pick-up. Another tout called the pickup company and told us to wait. A messenger arrived some 10 mins later and took us to the SUV a floor below. Smooth ride thereafter

Due to recent changes implemented by the airport authorities, our meet & greet teams have been relocated from Gate 14 to Gate 13. While the meeting instructions should have indicated Gate 13, the information on Viator was still showing Gate 14. This was our mistake and has been corrected immediately. We would also like to clarify that our representative contacted your driver directly and did not call another tour company. Due to the size of the airport and airport parking regulations, our vehicles are not permitted to wait indefinitely at the terminal. As our maximum parking waiting time is 15 minutes, the vehicle is called from the parking area once the guest arrives at the meeting point. The meeting location is not explained and requires a phone call and WhatsApp message once you get through customs etc. The meeting location is through exit 13. The service was very good; quick and friendly.

Great customer service, pickup was on time. The driver was friendly, the car was clean and comfortable. We had no issues with the experience and the driver drove slower so we could enjoy some bosphorus view. It was pretty fun and pleasant overall and I can say that you get what you pay for. Would recommend it!

They went to wrong hotel. Transfer was 40 minutes late. This was after I explicitly told them which hotel to go to the day before. They seem to have several people using one WhatsApp line to message, but they don’t share notes. Very poor organization. When they finally sent me a driver again 40 minutes late, the driver was going to take me to the wrong airport. The back up driver’s bus was freezing cold no heater and had to ask him to close the windows. Crazy. I respectfully asked for a discount. So they told me to cancel my other Viator transfers with them and proceeded to try and make me pay 50EU which is more than what I paid through Viator. Super shady! Don’t use. They’re so many more good transfers in Istanbul. Also, always use Viator or these guys will take advantage.

Later, when an additional discount was requested beyond the agreed amount and we were unable to provide more, we understand that disappointment may have occurred — but at no time was any attempt made to overcharge or act unfairly. Our pricing always follows the official Viator booking details, and we never request payments above the platform rate unless the guest chooses to cancel and request a direct service. We take all feedback seriously and are continually improving our internal communication processes to prevent similar issues in the future. Driver arrived nearly a hour late and was difficult to find. He did not come into the airport and was parked in a carpark across the road that was difficult to find
