The vehicle arrived at the airport at 6:05 AM, providing more than enough time to complete the check-in process comfortably for an 8:00 AM flight. We would like to clarify that at no point were you forced to cancel the Uber you requested. The decision to cancel that transportation and board our vehicle was a personal choice, based on the trust and prior experience you had with our driver, with whom you had already completed other satisfactory transfer during your stay. We believe this isolated incident does not reflect the overall quality and standards of reliability that you personally experienced during the other service booked with our company, all of which were carried out without issue. Despite the short notice, we accepted the change in good faith. Without the flight data and date, it was impossible for us to coordinate the new transfers, for both your arrival and return, as we had no way of knowing when or at what time we should meet you at the airport.
