I did not receive the service. The driver did not show up at the airport; so I have to take a taxi to the hotel
Dear Joe, First and foremost, please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience you experienced. We truly regret that your airport transfer did not take place as planned. In our 17 years of providing this service, this is the first time we have encountered such a situation. Unfortunately, the assigned driver felt unwell on the way and had to seek urgent medical assistance. At the same time, our operations team was unable to successfully reach you to arrange an immediate alternative. We have already issued a full refund for your transfer. Once again, we deeply apologize for the inconvenience caused. As a gesture of goodwill, should you visit Yerevan again in the future, we would be more than happy to arrange a complimentary airport transfer for you.
We arrived very late into Yerevan, Armenia and it was such a relief to have our ride there waiting as expected to take us to our hotel. It really took the stress out of the experience as securing a ride on site when you're tired can be difficult and often end up costing much more than necessary. Thank you, Viator.
